Bridgwater Mcdonalds
Bought a flatbread no bacon and a hashbrown, was put to fast foward and was parked there for 15 minutes, eventually had to just leave for work. Absolutely ridiculous, wasted my money and didnt even get my food. Purchased at 8:45am on the 10th March 2026.

the workers who were supposed to to be making my burger in the Towne Shoppe stores, in Jupiter, Florida were to busy gabbing than to put my burger together. i personally observed this. Don’t waste your time going there, poor management of employees! This was also an order sent through the McDonalds app. When I got to the restaurant 10 minutes after placing the order, the workers had nothing prepared. i thought the app was to make them more efficient?

I ordered food at around 9pm and I ordered the new big Mac friends meal, it was delicious, but I also ordered not ONE but TWO pineapple sticks. You know what showed up? Two bags of carrots. I PAID £1.18 FOR THOSE PINEAPPLE STICKS. I know that doesn't seem alot but I am NOT HAPPY.

I’m loyal, daily customer at this location 1117 Route 46 West, Ledgewood NJ . I’m extremely concerned about ongoing treatment by the night manager. I was recently refused service in the drive-thru without any valid explanation. This is not an isolated incident — every time this manager is working, I experience unprofessional behavior, hostility, or unnecessary issues when attempting to place my order.

Being repeatedly denied service or treated differently from other customers makes me feel singled out and discriminated against. As a paying and consistent customer, this treatment is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate investigation into this pattern of behavior and appropriate corrective action.

I have been going to Mickey Ds since childhood. Egg McMuffins are the best!

I also used McDonald's while dieting. I was on Atkins and removed the bread. For other diets, I bought salads or no fries. There are options. Those who complain about the food being unhealthy are surely making bad choices at other restaurants and home as well.

Also, lay off the staff. They are not making Wall Street pay. If you think you could do a better job, go do it yourself or cook at home !!!

Its McDonalds. What are people expecting?
The workers for the most part are transient in jobs (part time, school, 2nd job .... I always assume they are doing best can.
Food quality is same around the world. Good, quick, a little high in fat and salt ... still good. Make good choices at menu and can eat healthy at Mc Ds.

Ever since 1950’s McDonald’s has been using terrible ingredients. Their service is terrible and they lie to coustomers. Im giving them 2 because their ice cream isnt half bad.

My experience was great! I ordered mcdelivery off of the app and I used my rewards because I am a remember. So I saved money, plus it was less on the actual McDonald’s app then it would have been on DoorDash. My food arrived within 15-20 mins and it was still fresh!

Really enjoyed my chicken nugget meal howevr the uber eats driver took 45 minutes to deliver it so the chips were a bit cold and had to reheat in the microwave.

I dint usually complain however I went to the wilnecote Staffordshire restaurant as it is closest to us we have used the drive through in many occasions however their is always something missing sauce,fries nuggets missing but by the time I get home to the children it's too far for me to go back !
Also visited last night and decided to eat in they did not call our number but when we went to check as we had sat waiting for our order to be shouted it was just sat their in the counter going cold ! I did ask if someone had shouted the number and the girl that served me or tried but she didn't know how to take the cash for a pay cash at til so waited 10 mins for someone who did , someone came and said" I thought you shouted the number " to which their reply was " I was serving already" so when we got our food the chips were stone cold so asked a lady to swap them and she did she was lovely the lady working on the floor but everything else was cold too but we were that hungry we just ate some of it the only thing that was warmish was the nuggets because they were at the bottom of everything else ! My filet o fish was in its side so it looked like a massacre when I opened it sorry for the long complaint I just think £30+ pounds is alit if money for cold food

Went yesterday with my kids, the hygiene needs to be better. The tables were dirty and don't even get me started on the toilets..

The new restaurant is open in Marbella at Venus Beach. I went tonight at 22:15. I left after 25 minutes as the tablet to order failed to function properly. It was slow and mostly unresponsive. There were sbout 7 customers. What is wrong with the network? I left without an order as I gave up. There was no manager on duty for assistance. I will not be going back any time soon!!!

food is fine i prefer the ice coffee or the ice cream but the service is.... HORID! its appaling how un-well everything is! this is a true honest reveiw and i have to say... there is never any ice cream! its almost always broken! its... its scary how they lie about the ice cream not working....!!!111`111

Absolutely awful experience. The chicken was rock hard, like it had been sitting there for hours, and the chips were barely cooked. It was genuinely inedible. To make it worse, it cost a small fortune – for the same money I could have bought a really nice curry that would feed three of us over two nights.

There was nothing “fast” or “food” about it. Just overpriced, badly prepared rubbish. This has completely put me off – I won’t be buying McDonald’s again.
