Went to Finnstown Mc Cabes today - my parents use regularly and to say the woman at the counter was rude would be an understatement. She snapped from the word go at me - I had only tried to explain the situation again, I had done it 30 mins earlier when I left in prescription. She was on her laptop eating and singing and moaning about how over worked she was and having such a hard day - she was shocking!!! There was no need for her to have snapped the way she did and then when I said it to her she started goodbye - I wasn't the only one who saw
How rude and totally out of order she was - regardless of how busy she is etc. Not my fault. The pharmacist got stuff ready and all but that woman would pit you off ever going again and with the no. Of old locals they have who have always supported them they might want to look at the staff they have serving people - no-one needs to have to put up with that when they go into a shop!!

Met the most helpful Pharmacist in Citywest. Fergus helped us sort out my Dads prescriptions & gave us such great advice on the critical illness card that we didn’t realise our Dad qualified for. He went above & beyond especially late on a Friday evening. Thank you Fergus!

I’ve experienced an issue when placing my order, got totally ignored when raised it with customer service. Very disappointed as never experienced so old fashion way of dealing with customers. SUCH A PITY, PHARMACY MARKET IS SO COMPETITIVE these days!!!!

One hour and 20 minutes on hold to Woodstown pharmacy order a prescription with supposedly only 4 people ahead of me in the queue. Completely downhill since taken over by McCabes.

Good prices. Quick delivery. Happy overall.

Dundrum: Worst staff ever, very rude and doesn't want to answer any question or bring you something you can't find.

Woodstown.This pharmacy has drastically gone downhill since Mc Cabes took over. My husband went in with a prescription (stuff available over the counter) he was told it won't be ready til tomorrow. He drove to another chemist and they took it off the shelf and handed it to him.
Last week they told me script would be ready at 1. At 3 I got a call to say product unavailable and to get back on to Dr.
Won't be using them again! Always such a long wait too!

They’re so efficient and have the nicest staff who are always on hand to help. They’re by far the best pharmacy in Blanchardstown.

Horrible customer service for their online department. Ordered an item thinking I could reseve and collect in store. Unfortunately their online orders shipped frome elsewhere and would not arrive on time. So I emailed them (as per reply option to customer services) and cancelled twice. No reply. Then got a call from store to collect. Explained I tried to cancel twice. Store assistant couldn't process the cancellation/refund but was going to put it in the box to be sent back. But then I was told I would separately have to go to request the refund within a 14 day period. I emailed the webqueries email regarding this again; no response. So tried calling them multiple times, no answer and voice box messaging full. So what the h£%£?! How much effort is it going to take to get my money back for an item I have never seen or touched. I'm afraid its another one for my credit card company. Shockingly stupid service from Mccabes.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Never have had a worse customer experience. Over a week without their “next day” delivery and customer service completing disrespecting my emails and calls for the order to be cancelled.

They advertised extensively on their website for next day delivery and refuse to even take the slightest bit of responsibility for items for a newborn child that haven’t been delivered a week later.

Don’t go by next day delivery as they do not keep there promise , week in and still no item been emailing customer service and also called to try and get refund and won’t refund because they say it’s an post issue , not great customer service

This morning I experienced a most helpful friendly assistant called Kaylen, She went out of her way to assist me. She really deserves to be recognised and is a true asset to the company.

Fantastic! I ordered a few items on Sunday morning and they came first thing on Monday. Exceptional customer service and neat packaging. Great prices as well. Extremely happy with my order. I will definitely be ordering again. 😊

It’s not next day delivery, the items available on their website may not actually be in stock, and they might not bother refunding you unless you chase them for it.

I ordered on the morning of September 4, but didn’t receive next day delivery, I received my order two days later. This may not a huge deal, but part of the attraction of ordering from McCabes is that they advertise next day delivery.

When I opened my order, there was a handwritten note on McCabes stationery, saying that one of my items was not in stock, and that I would be refunded. I hadn’t been emailed to tell me this, so having ordered something I needed for next day delivery, I was now still without it two days later, and had to then go and source it elsewhere.

I waited a week, but still hadn’t received my refund. I wrote to customer service, including a photo of the note, and was told that they would check the warehouse and get back to me. They didn’t get back to me, so I had to write to them again. They said that they were waiting for their warehouse to get back to them. I have now been waiting for 10 days for my refund, and no sign of it yet.

This all suggests that their organisational and computer systems are very poor. Their website doesn’t show the customer if something is out of stock, the people in customer care can’t see that you didn’t receive something, and there is no proper system for refunding customers.

I won’t be ordering from them again.

Delivery of baby formula hasn’t arrived. If I’m lucky it will be here 4 days late. By then I will have run out. So much for next day delivery. Disgusting company.

Terrible.. Order prescription in the morning so I don't have to wait then when you go to collect they give you the generic brand and make you wait again. When I said I needed to go the girl replied... where do you need to go! Then I watched the pharmacist laughing like a little boy behind the counter putting the sticker on and off the packet. Making me wait longer. Ended up leave with no medication.

Amazing Pharmacy - i order from them every few weeks to stock up on vitamins, always have the best revive active offers. Deliveries come within a day or 2 and if something is missing its clearly marked.
Keep up the good work.

Brought in a prescription today from my doctor after only been released from a&e if even 2 hours earlier after having a open wound surgery and the pharmacist a very arrogant and rude man refused to hand me over my prescription with no valid reasoning what so ever while i was in absolute agony with the pain from my procedure, i went to another chemist in dundalk and got the prescription given to me with no issues or no questions asked as it should be. Apparently the pharmacist in mccabes pharmacy has more knowledge over my own doctor on what i should or should not be prescribed after a surgery i found this very disturbing and distressing and hope he never puts another patient in a situation like that again. I would give no star if I could, I have bought from them in the past and it has been great. I received an email from them, with a discount code for 10% due to the fact that I hadnt purchased from them, I placed an order and tried to use the code and it didnt work, I contacted them by email, no reply, had to contact them again, and eventually got a reply from Briza saying there is T&C in the codes sent to me, which I had no idea and asking me what my order was, and this person should have checked to see what my order was before replying to me. I fail to see why they send you a code if T&C on the codes and they dont inform you of this. Not a great customer service and not a great way of trying to get the customer to return to purchase, I wont be purchasing again.
