McDonald's as a whole is very…

McDonald's as a whole is very disappointing,the Indians are so rude,interrupt when trying to do an order,I am so sick of having to repeat myself over and over,just to have 90% of the order wrong.and then blamed for what happened.Why are they so rude.In one visit,there were 4 out of 7 people ending up with wrong orders and workers being overly rude and walking away from customer.what happened to the days when the customer was Wright.
And also while I'm on a roll,what is up with the new commercials of a small coffee for $1.00.I have never had a small coffee that big,looks like a med.coffee.New McDonald coffee drinkers are in for another disappoint ment.

Very Clean, Friendly, and Great Value

I recently visited the McDonald’s on Hwy 2 in Bowmanville, and I was impressed. The dining area was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and had a great sense of humor, and the food was served quickly and fresh. A great spot to enjoy an affordable meal with family or friends—I’ll definitely be back.

The food ordered was wrong the immigrants are very ignorant when they are taking the order and when going thru the drive thru and ordering coffee they tell you to come back in an hour very poor business here in upper Tantallon and if I could give you less than a star I would I’m finished with getting anything from this store ever again!!!!!!!

Morning Memories at McDonald's

I went to McDonald's this morning and had a blueberry muffin and a small coffee. The service was quick and excellent and the server was friendly and accommodating. The muffin was tasty and the coffee was soothing. I go to McDonald's from time to time to have this morning breakfast treat (although I order different muffins). Despite how big and successful McDonald's is, they care about each individual customer!

McDonald's Meadowlarj

Two days ago, I went through the drivethru. I paid for a double quarter cheese meal. By the time I was able to eat my meal, I was about 10 km away. I decided to stop at the same location today and thought I would mention it. They asked to see my receipt. At this location, since in Edmonton, you have to pay for a bag, it seems you don't get receipts. Then they asked for a specific time I went through on Sunday. I tried to narrow it down to a 45 minute window. Maya, the purported manager said that without proof, there was nothing they were going to do. Seriously, an apology would have been enough. But at the McDonald's at Meadowlark, they can't afford the cost of a second meat patty, and even simple customer service is not on their menu.

Seems like the quality of food n servers has become extremely LOW.

Unbelievable! Big mac looks like this? With cheese corners only around? No sauce or anything? How can i upload a picture of this sandwich?

No 25 cents no paper bag Canadian customers

So I went to MacDonalds here in Canada B.C. Coquitlam by Austin Ave. I order my meal for takeout.
They bring my meal and they put it on a tray.I said is for takeout then I,m told that I have to pay 25 cents for a very small paper bag .I told the manager that I need to bring my order home she said that then to pay 25 cents or no bag.So I had to carry my order home in a bunch of paper napkins .This is a total abuse to the customer to make them pay for a very small paper bag not to mention this is gaslighting the customer to say the least.This is how they treat me a 73 year old senior.

Terrible establishment

Terrible establishment. Can’t get a god damn order right to save their lives. Maybe hire some people with more than 1 brain cell and people will enjoy McDonalds again

Reverse to Payback

Fired without cause during probation but due to "concerns", really issues brought to their attention they have said I had quit. Co-worker copied over 12 coffee orders over the span of four hours meanwhile I was having to dump her repeated orders. When I brought it up, manager taking account of the wrong amount received by customers, I was suddenly verbally hounded in regards to missing funds from the till. Orders were often inaccurate and excuses were just to be made and accepted. If customer's came off rude however staff would often revert to "pay back" behaviour; including adding a fry dropped on floor to order, calling a regular customer a pedophile because he supposedly flirts with one of them.

No refunds for no service!

Order not delivered, refund never given. 6,000 points were taken from my account for no reason, and never refunded!!! Though I called five times and waited well over a month, they still could not get their act together! I am deleting the app and never using Mc Donald's again in any format

I read McDonalds is in trouble

I read McDonalds is in trouble. Gee I wonder why? It’s issue after issue for me and don’t know why I keep going back - maybe good breakfast sandwich.
This visit ordered cheeseburger and delux cheeseburger with NO onions and extra pickles. Got onions and no pickles. With sensitivities to onions both were thrown out. I contacted restaurant to get my money back. No reply so contacted head office. They said store would get back to me and never did. It’s not about the money it’s take accountability. They need to hire more competent staff and actually read orders coming in. This store issues for years. Wouldn’t be surprised if stores start closing as they have really gone downhill.
