- MC Glass opened its first premises in Little Common, East Sussex in September 1996. We have grown in size and now have 15 members of staff. We have always prided ourselves on customer care and a second to none after sales service. Everything we fit including conservatories, windows and doors has a guarantee, many items up to ten years, and we can offer an insurance backed guarantee. We have a separate department for small works and repairs to windows whether we have installed them or not, includes hinges, handles, etc. All our staff are directly employed, giving us complete control from the estimate through to the finished job. Most of our work is in the Sussex area – Bexhill, Hastings, Eastbourne and Rye, although we do travel to the Kent and Surrey areas for customers who have been recommended to us by previous clients.

Helpful in the Office and excellent installation team
Very easy and helpful to deal with on the phone when contacted. A couple of glitches during this busy holiday season for staff but quickly sorted out.
The installation team knew exactly what they were doing and everything went ahead and was finished smoothly quickly with no mess.
Trust Pilot needs to look at their title box. It should be simpl; you write your own review into an empty box. However, having a review box in itself is a literal waste of time.

A pleasant, professional experience
MC glass were very professional and helpful from the start of the process. Each member of staff who came to the house was respectful and completed the window replacement which we are very happy with. Would definitely recommend MC Glass.

The whole process, from my initial enquiry to installation of my new front door, was seamless and professional.
Each member of staff that I dealt with were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, particularly receptionist Debbie, Tim in sales and the fitters Erol and Toby.

M C Glass did an excellent and professional job
I’d used MC Glass years ago and was very pleased. So I had them do my two back bedroom windows and my French bi-fold doors. From the off I could see they were very professional and they were, from start to finish - and the finish was excellent. I will definitely use them again.
