- MC Glass opened its first premises in Little Common, East Sussex in September 1996. We have grown in size and now have 15 members of staff. We have always prided ourselves on customer care and a second to none after sales service. Everything we fit including conservatories, windows and doors has a guarantee, many items up to ten years, and we can offer an insurance backed guarantee. We have a separate department for small works and repairs to windows whether we have installed them or not, includes hinges, handles, etc. All our staff are directly employed, giving us complete control from the estimate through to the finished job. Most of our work is in the Sussex area – Bexhill, Hastings, Eastbourne and Rye, although we do travel to the Kent and Surrey areas for customers who have been recommended to us by previous clients.

Disappointed
Disappointed! I had called for a quote to have a hinge replaced in my Bi-fold doors. A guy came, looked at the hinge and sketched a picture of the hinge. He then left and I called to chase the quote. I was told someone would call me back - I waited for two weeks and no call came! I eventually called one of their competitors who came within a few days to fit the hinge that I had sourced! Not impressed with MC Glass.

New triple glazed windows supplied and fitted throughout.
Had all of our double glazing replaced with new triple glazed windows and a new composite front door. MC Glass were professional throughout from sales through to fitting. The prices were very competitive and the entire job ran very smoothly. Everyone in the team were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend MC Glass.

Very happy with my front door, installed with care and my property was respected at all times. The fitters were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

MC Glass replaced 12 windows on a…
MC Glass replaced 12 windows on a tenants property of mine. My tenants told me the staff were very friendly, always courteous and always explained what they were doing and if anything they had to finish off the next day. I believe you can really only tell how a company performs when there is an issue, my tenant noticed a manufacturing fault inside the seal unit, once I had informed about this MC Glass came round the same day to inspect the issue, they agreed there was a problem and dealt with it very promptly.
Now thats what I call a good company to deal with.

Amazing service

New French doors fitted
All the team at MC Glass are professional, yet very approachable. We wanted a window replaced with French doors and Tim Tudor suggested we came to the office and showroom to help us decide. Our new windows and patio look great
Our new windows and patio look great, had a team of four guys who turned up at 9am and worked there socks off. Instead of a day and half, all fitted will in a day.
We are please and MC Glass was recommended by other people in our block of flats.

MCGlass a very professional company
MCGlass were very professional throughout the process from initial quotation to fitting the French doors. From survey to fitting was just a couple of weeks . Fitters Errol and Toby were excellent. Arrived on time , fitted French doors, tidied up , all within 2.5 hours . We had used MCGlass about 3 years ago for front and back door and had no hesitation employing them again. First class job .
