Account closed due to an automated travel glitch. Submitted a formal Notice of Dispute, which was rejected under their 'sole discretion' clause. Currently filing a Consumer Demand for Arbitration to force a manual review.

I have already attempted to resolve this matter directly through your support channels. My concern is not a lack of communication, but the fact that my account was deactivated under Section 4.11 and that I have not received credit for AMOE submissions that were properly submitted. I have also not received a clear explanation or resolution regarding this issue.

I will continue to cooperate and provide any information requested by email. However, I would appreciate a direct response regarding the status of my AMOE submissions, whether the corresponding Sweepstakes Coins will be credited to my account, the specific reason for the account closure, and whether my account will be reinstated.

I look forward to a fair and timely resolution.

I give 4 stars because I hit the jackpot. I give 4 stars because the payouts come slow. If you were to take it all out at one time it becomes a waiting game. If you win something this huge I assume it must be impossible to win that much again. Love the games and the jackpot drop though. Their packs get higher and higher once you keep playing and adding money. If I get another jackpot or win playing feature I will be sure to update to 5 stars. I really like the feature because you get right down to if you win or not. Love support. They did not take long with my issues at all. Overall I would likely recommend this game to others. If you try and do more than 2500-3000 you will have to wait longer to receive funds but they will come.

I have had an active account with McLuck for over two years with zero issues. Recently, I created accounts on their three sister platforms, used them for months with no problems, and eventually purchased coin packages across all of them.

The moment I fully verified my identity and payment details on these platforms, everything changed. Within 48 hours of verification and financial transactions, I was hit with simultaneous, sweeping bans across all four accounts at the exact same time.

When I reached out to customer support to find out why or clear up any potential automated flag or misunderstanding, they completely stonewalled me. They refuse to provide a single piece of information or context regarding the bans. It is completely shady to accept a customer's money, demand their personal verification data, and then lock them out of all sister platforms simultaneously with zero explanation or right to appeal. Absolute lack of transparency and completely untrustworthy behavior from this network.
