I tried contacting customer support by email and also by phone, to let them know the option to verify my CC is not available in my profile, so they need to reset it or resend the request.I would love more communication, this waiting game sucks. Extremely poor customer service
I opened my account a couple years ago and I bought a few gaming packages from them over the couple years. I hadn't won anything until this last month. I bought a few packages and I had one almost $200 when I went to cash out they said I had opened numerous accounts or multiple accounts I guess they said and they voided the wind and anything I had purchased. I did not intentionally open multiple accounts. On their initial sign in page it says to log in with email or your social page and I couldn't remember which email I used so I proceeded to sign in with my Google account. I did not know that it made a new account for me. I've tried to talk to them or email them rather they did email me back saying that I opened too many accounts and that there's nothing they can do pretty much. When I tried to explain again what had happened they blocked my email. That's extremely poor customer service in my opinion.
