This app is straight-up nonsense. The UI is confusing as hell, nothing is intuitive, and placing an order feels like solving a puzzle for no reason. I spent way too much time trying to understand it,... See more

I like using MealPal to order lunch with my labmate together. This saves us money and brings more joy to our school life!
Mealpal is pretty amazing and I love it, but the app has some kinks that needs to be worked out. I've had times where the app went down and that was very inconvenient. Also, there were times when the map location on the dot was off, which confused me a bit. Other than that, love the purpose of mealpal and what's offered.
Awful service, no customer response at all. Have to pay to even see what they have, and be warned - they'll rob you of your meals if you don't keep subscribing. It's also extortionately overpriced - restaurants have a "mealpal" special, which is basically a bare-bones, skimpy version of anything they'd normally sell. The only exception is Patty & Bun, who offer a decent lunch, so if you're happy to eat burger & chips every day it's probably just about worth it. Though still more expensive than a daily McDonalds.

Definitely worth the value, would like more substantial lunch option.
An excellent way to save money and to discover new places to eat lunch. I love it. Especially like the "rollover" option which allows me to miss a meal or two, but make it up the next month.
A cost-effective and convenient alternative to ordering takeout. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for my food.
MealPal is an excellent opportunity to try a variety of restaurants in your zone at a reduced cost. Very satisfied with the service
dogy company. send me 50% off promotion email and registered and then charged me the another 50% on the second day without my consent. This is really ridiculous!

Loving this service so far! Great choices, super convenient to scan and pick up right away. So glad I signed up.
Great option for lunches. Beware that the actual portion might be smaller than the original non-MealPal meal.
Meal Pal is the best! It gives you so many options from different restaurants that I'd normally not have tried before. The first month I saved over $200 a month!
I hate meal prepping for the week and eating the same thing. MealPal is an affordable way to eat out, save time, and try local restaurants. I love it!
So much easier than bringing lunch everyday!
Overall this is a great lunch app. The good thing is cut the wait and little bit cheap than normal. But the bad thing is you don’t have choice on what they provide. Say you don’t want feta cheese, but you cant ask them to remove it.
They changed my account to a monthly subscription and have been charging me. This was a free account.

MealPal is a really great service, I wish they expanded outside the City. They're also super responsive - when I contacted them about a location they got back to me very quickly. More than pleased.
Great service. Tons of participating restaurants near me and a lot of variety.
However, they had no introductory offers and refused to acknowledge my referral. So maybe their customer service isn't worth the 5 stars...
has a decent selection of food, but it’s repetitive if you use it every day!
