I love ME+EM

I love ME+EM. The quality is consistently excellent—these are pieces that last and wear beautifully over time. The design is effortlessly stylish, but also genuinely comfortable, which is rare. I always feel confident and put together when I wear them.

I also really value the founder’s story and what the brand represents. As a brand owner myself (in a different sector), I appreciate the thought and integrity behind what they do. It makes supporting a British brand like this feel even more meaningful.

I love your clothes and store and…

I love your clothes and store and changing areas. However I have not received service that has been attentive or helpful in any way. I spent over £400 in your Marylebone store. I had to frequently come out of the changing room to ask for sizes. There was nobody to assist, to ask if I needed sizes or comment on fit/ size etc. I spent a long time trying things on and not a single person asked if I needed help or different sizes but was almost as if I was invisible! Sizes were brought in request but there was no further input. This was in direct contrast to my experience in weekend maxmara directly afterwards where people were so helpful and friendly, suggested different items and sizes. I had a far superior experience. This puts me off going to me and em. The only reason I do is because the clothes fit well. I go despite the lack of service.

5/5 for the clothing

5/5 for the clothing. It is truly my favourite brand. I live in Canada so I don’t have direct access to a store but I seek them out in my travels to the UK and most recently in Dallas and NYC. The issue is the international website experience. I am unable to buy more than one item at a time ( the basket doesn’t accumulate) and second, the price shows up incorrectly ( and does right size when actually clicking pay). This has been consistently broken for a year. I’m sure it is a huge detractor for many international shoppers when they see the price doubling before their eyes. Please fix! All I want is to buy more of the beautiful pieces in one go and not have to incur a separate shipping fee for each item!

Sale purchase

Bought a tailored waistcoat in the sale. It would have been far too expensive for me full price but sale price was about right. Good service, arrived quickly, extremely well packed and including a garment cover for the wardrobe. It was actually a full size one far too big for a waistcoat (obviously intended for a suit) but it will come in handy. The waistcoat is very good quality and the fit is good. I am quite petite and have trouble getting clothes to fit so was pleasantly surprised. I looked at the online size guide which was very helpful.

Beautiful clothes

Beautiful clothes. I became a Me & Em fan whilst visiting London and it is my "go to" to get lovely clothes which are stylish and unique compared to many of the offerings in Australia. The quality is excellent with classic and timeless designs. I wish they would open a store in Australia!

Lovely new store on kings rd

Lovely new store on kings rd. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It can be particularly busy on weekends so will avoid that in future. I like a lot of the clothes the only challenges I have had in the past is with washing/ dry cleaning and the dye coming out. Wondering if a one off or durability of clothes needs looking at. When they are expensive which they are you want them to last.

I have been shopping at Me + Em for…

I have been shopping at Me + Em for years. I remember one lovely photo shoot that Ms Hornby did with her daughters! It has been lovely to watch the company grow. I do miss the ‘why we like it’ section on the description of the item. I always found that to be so charming.
As a working woman I am so appreciative of your line. Everything is well made and well designed.
I do wish you would make more items for shorter women. I am 5’-3” and there are very few blazers that work on a shorter frame. Every once and awhile you will make a cropped design with a 3/4 sleeve and it’s perfect!!!!
I am writing from Canada and I will say I have found the customer service at any of the brick and morter stores to excellent, both in London and SoHo.
Bravo!!!!

The Brand ME+EM Is Perfect For My Lifestyle

I started to add pieces from the ME+EM collections to my wardrobe this year. I started with beautiful jumpers and after experiencing the feel of the wonderful fabrics and designs, I began to add skirts and dresses. I could not be happier! The quality of the clothing is amazing. I feel like I’ve been able to reimagine my entire wardrobe by simply adding distinct pieces that fit perfectly with my lifestyle. Ordering and deliveries have been quick and easy. The packaging is always very well done. I’m very happy I found this brand.

ME+EM is my favourite shop for…

ME+EM is my favourite shop for beautifully cut tailoring. It is a little pricey but the quality reflects the price. A firm favourite when I’m looking for a stand out item to add to my wardrobe. I often look in their reduced section to pick up an item that would have been too pricey otherwise . The delivery is always on time and returns are simple. Love it!

Stylish clothes

Stylish clothes rather on the expensive side given that the materials/fabric are mostly synthetic. Costs have gone up but polyester shouldn't be that expensive. Otherwise, the clothes are well made and the style unique and at times elegant.

The BEST suits.

The BEST tailoring. Fabulous quality and suits that last for years. Normally purchase online form abroad and it‘s very efficient. Occasionally go to their South Molton St shop where the staff have always been lovely.
