I always know I’ll be buying great quality pieces with me and em, I order confidently, knowing the items are timeless and will last for many seasons.

Great clothes that are high quality but pricey. I note they seem to have reverted to using only very slim models. As I cannot easily get to any store it would be good to see the clothes online on a variety of shapes and sizes as we are not all tall and willowy!

I’ve just purchased my first dress online from ME+EM.
Absolutely beautiful and the cut is amazing.
My only issue is the length of the dresses . This dress is midi length and is almost a maxi dress length on me . I’m 5’5”. I wouldn’t buy a maxi length as it would need to be altered and that’s an extra expense. Most of the dresses seem to be maxi length so it would be really useful if the dresses were offered in both midi or maxi lengths.
I have visited the Manchester shop but it had a limited range , both in style and sizes . I bought online .

ME+EM clothes are just a cut above the rest. The quality of the fabrics and detail of design sets them apart. I’m no model but whenever I’m wearing ME+EM I always attract a compliment. I’ve never regretted a purchase and every piece I’ve bought has lasted years. I like the simple stylishness and comfort.

Garments are beautifully made and very stylish to suit all ages. I am so happy with my latest purchase, a summer dress, and it looks smart and fresh, perfect for holidays. May be pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I adore ME+EM, they are my favourite brand for clothes. I am a larger UK size (ranging 14-18) and I have a very large bust so finding clothes can be hard. I find the measurements on the size guide invaluable to know if something will fit me with my weight fluctuations. I do find the size grading a little frustrating after a size 14 as my shoulders and arms don’t grow in length with my size and at 5’6” even some of the trousers lengths can be too long, fine if they can be altered but some styles can’t. So check the sizing measurements when you buy and it will help greatly! It is pricey but the craftsmanship is impeccable and the fabrics are good quality. However, I wish there were more fully natural fibre items as this is my preference (especially trousers!). At one point the brand used larger sized models which I loved and really helped me visualise the fit so I hope they bring that back. Overall the online experience is excellent with helpful information and inspiring styling. Delivery is swift and returns and exchanges are seamless. The only negative for me personally is the store experience as I find it a bit pretentious and I’m not comfortable with the boutique model. The staff are always lovely and very helpful but it’s not for me, I’m just an ordinary person who loves good quality clothes.

Well made, designed and professional service. The description of the garment was spot on and the fit excellent when it arrived. I was kept informed at each stage of the delivery as I bought online. Have bought from Me&Em for nearly 20 years. Better quality now but that is reflected in big price increases.

I chose 5 stars because your clothes are stylish, practical, and well-made. Unfortunately, most of my first-time order is on its way back to you. I am 5'1" and chose carefully items that looked to be easily altered, but with pockets, chest darts, and other factors, to end up with a perfect fit was just too expensive an add-on.
If they arrived fitting as your models show, your line would be my standard go-to. Please consider a petite cut; most don't.

I absolutely love ME&EM's look and quality. Recently, I ordered a gorgeous denim dress (which was on sale). I live in Australia, but delivery was not a problem, nor is returning, should the item not be suitable......even when on sale.

On this occasion, it just didn't suit. The return process is as good as it gets, literally, from my door to theirs, seamless. This speaks volumes to me about the company, that the back end reflects what we see on the website, style, quality, honesty and reliability. Excellent customer service whether purchasing or returning, they really do value us.

Love the item, and got it on sale for a reasonable price. Minor issue - the hem on one side hadn't been sewn, and I didn't realize it until I got to an event. One side was 2 inches longer, so I had to pin it with toothpicks!

An absolute five star brand. Quality of clothing is exceptional. Style is chic. Customer service amazing.

I simply love all that is Me and Em, the prints, the cut, the seasons.
I would happily have most items in my wardrobe.
My reluctance is, it’s so gorgeous, lots of mums have the same items, Me and Em is the staple brand at our school speech day. The design is so easily distinctive as being Me and Em i tend to stick to block colours but feel I am missing out.

One other observation is, I have visited a store to try an item that I have picked out of the brochure only to be told stock hasn’t arrived yet. This happened again this week at your Westbourne Grove store.

I have been a customer for years but my last order was so poor in terms of over sized items, quality and poor descriptions. I had to return the entire order, the return option offered was not suitable for the size of their package which then led to a really awful customer experience. I raised a complaint but not even received an acknowledgement never mind and explanation or apology. I feel as the company has expanded their standards have disappointedly dropped dramatically

Me+Em is a fabulous brand who produce beautiful garments that are well made and look gorgeous.

Smooth purchasing online. Great delivery. But the clothes are even better. Different and more stand out than other similar brands in the marketplace. Thank you 👏👏

I love me and em and have a number of peices from there. Trousers are a stand out for me. I don't buy anywhere else now. Great clothes.
