I loved the products
I loved the products. They are very close to the quality we get when eating out. The bulgogi was unbelievable and I will definitely be buying that and chadol baegi again.

Meat is superb
I’ve tasted a lot of British, Aussie and Japanese wagyu and this Meat is superb right up there with some of the best - dry aging wagyu made it sensational, the marbling is exceptional and the flavour profile is beyond my expectation. Will definitely buy again and will put it to a test against a mbs 6-7 Aussie wagyu for benchmarking!

Dear Derek,
It does happen sometimes that products are a bit over or under the advertised weight - such is the nature of the business. When the variance is more significant, we always refund the difference, which we did in your case also. We do apologise, however, that we did not do it sooner, and you had to contact us first.
As for your second comment, it is not true. The chilled product you are referring to was frozen down within (!) its shelf life, and then as a frozen product it carries a new 'best before'. This is a widely accepted practice within the industry (and at home, as per FSA advise).
We offered to collect the item and issue a full refund, but you chose to keep it and get a refund for the difference in weight, which we happily did. Then we provided an additional discount for the trouble, and yet we still received a one star review.
We feel that we did everything we could given the situation, not sure what else could have been expected.
