Unable to buy locally.
This is the only place I could find cotton compression stocking. I had bought from store out of my local area previously but they charged $40 to deliver. As we still had the receipt I knew the correct size. I ordered online and we received the order promptly. I will be buying from Medi Australia again.

Great product, great company
I bought the Elbow support as I wanted a skin colour and the quality was fantastic. It was an easy process, just ordered and received the item 2-3 days later. I liked the fact that I could use Apple Pay and was well informed about when the item was dispatched or when it was going to be delivered.
I should mention that I placed three orders so far.

My podiatrist treats my feet and I have had a support system for years so I thought that I would try your product as I needed a new and safer foot support. It fitted straight away and I’m very happy. The medi Export Butler Long Handles has been very helpful in applying my compression stocking on post ORIF ankle surgery. And competitively priced. Would have given 5 stars except for other purchase item of the medi 2 in 1 - Donning and Doffing Aid at $107 I thought was not value for money. Half the time I needed assistance to remove my compression stocking using this as a doffing (removing) aid on a swollen foot.

Great experience
The customer service person I spoke to was brilliant and so patient with an “old” person as I was having a problem trying to find my stocking to enable me to purchase on line. On my third or fourth call she had Sam the IT expert ring me. All in all a great experience.
