We understand it's frustrating waiting, typically our products are sent same or next day. You can always see which products are in or out of stock when placing them in to your cart. Sometimes if ordering an out-of-stock product it can take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and arrive to our Sydney warehouse before we can ship to you.

Excellent Customer Service
The ordering and delivery was good however, I think the quality of the stocking has reduced. I've been using the same product for over 30 years and as soon as I put the stocking on this time, the tag came off almost immediately and they feel thinner. Just to update this post, Medi Australia got back to me almost immediately and remedied my issue above. Have say the service is excellent and must have been a one off issue. Received the new pair within 48 hours. Thank you Medi Australia.

Mild drop foot this is usefullooked online for a brace to help…
I looked online for a brace to help with MS drop foot. Right from the first phone call I found I was talking with a honest helpful young man who assured me the brace was suitable for mild drop foot and that it would be dispatch that afternoon. It arrived very soon after our call. The brace is good for me. It’s comfortable and I wear it proudly whenever I go out. The service was great and the product was right for me. I have had other braces that have been ineffective. So I am happy with this one until my mild drop foot changes. Helen. ACT

Mesurements knee sleeves.
Very fast with the delivery. Price is good.
My only problem is that the mesurements for the knee sleeves are not right for everyone, I bought 2 different sizes and it still not right, they are too tight and it's too expensive to send back, that should be free within a reasonable time.

The knee support was amazing wearing it…
The knee support was amazing wearing it now I love it. Well made and it helps with my knee pain with arthritis etc the only thing I can fault is I got large thighs so the top of it over laps a bit and wished it was made just that little bit bigger on the top but otherwise excellent product the best o have tried for my knee support yet thank you heaps raya

Unable to buy locally.
This is the only place I could find cotton compression stocking. I had bought from store out of my local area previously but they charged $40 to deliver. As we still had the receipt I knew the correct size. I ordered online and we received the order promptly. I will be buying from Medi Australia again.
