The Medi company appears cynical by…
The Medi company appears cynical by limiting access to vital products to a physically disadvantaged captive market because of their affordability. The prices do not appear to reflect what it must cost to manufacture them. The products I purchased were in the main good, well designed and fit for purpose. The 2 in 1 donning and doffing aid should be included in the garment package instead of the current small item. The butler is very useful. The cream is not noticeably better than over the counter moisturisers. You should know that the information video for the 2 in 1 is inappropriate because many users would be unable to bend and reach in the way shown by the slim, agile demonstrator. It is disappointing that good accessory products ,which are in many cases essential to the ongoing use of health aids are so expensive.

Easy to deal with and good supply although a couple of items purchased don't fit as well as they could & I'm presuming they are not exchangeable, so that is annoying.

Direct consumer order
I was able to reorder a product on-line as recommended by a specialist without needing to go through the consultation and referral and multiple appointments process- time and money saved. I did have a query about the product and it was answered on- line. All went smoothly.
It's not much fun needing these products but I have been advised by 3 different medical specialists that I do not need to keep attending appointments for support for a chronic condition as I have learnt what I need to know to manage it myself.

Be prepared when buying this expensive stockings
I had a varicose vein treatment and been told by my surgery to wear class 2 compression stockings 24 hours (except shower) for 4 weeks post treatment.
I bought a pair of Duomed Class 2 compression stockings from Medi Australia. I started to wear it at 10am on Wed, by 5 am on Thursday, I found the areas near my little toe of both my feet are hurting and very painful when standing up.
Also the top (around the highest point) of my both of my feet have rash and feel stinky pain. I have no choice but to remove the stocking. I would like to return it as I can't use it anymore. Medi Australia advised that I am not able to do so in accordance with their policy.
I was very disappointed and regretted for purchasing this expensive stockings.
