Medibank provides a complete range of services for those who are looking for medical and hospital cover their staff are well informed of the different options available the rebate you receive from the Federal government and can provide advice and assistance to ensure you have the cover you need but at the lowest price they will help you paying for things you will not need recommend things you may need to suit your needs both health wise and be within your budget so would highly recommend talking with this company to see if they can provide the same level of cover and be more affordable

Unable to find out if covered for a procedure on APP and seem to have to phone to get a quote.
Makes for a very complicated and not user friendly service.

I’ve been with Medibank for 6 years and kept my policy mainly for Medicare Levy Surcharge purposes, without making any claims. Unfortunately, my experience has been very poor.
I’ve been misled multiple times by staff with incorrect or false promises about policies and offers. Resolving issues is extremely frustrating, with long wait times and no clear solutions. I was also given misleading information about extras and pet insurance, and had to chase them just to cancel.
Overall, disappointing service, lack of transparency, and a lot of unnecessary hassle.
