Very efficient service. Only took a few minutes. Email with negative certificate was supplied the following afternoon. This was plenty of time before I travelled which was one less thing I had to to worry about.

The whole process of booking and taking the test was really easy and the service provided second to none. Quick turn around on necessary paperwork and follow up call to check we had everything we needed. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. We’ll done The Medic Clinic 👍

Absolutely amazing in these hard times. Fantastic service from booking the appointment all the way through to the actual test. Got my negative test today with a phone call to confirm I had received them and to make sure the documents were correct (They knew how paranoid I was about this). I literally can't thank them enough. They may be the difference between me seeing my gf for the first time in 10 months in this pandemic. Thank you!

My dad has been there twice now and I followed one of his appointment and went aswell. We had the most easy service in such a long time. The customer service face to face and on the phone is absolutely spot one. There isn't one thing I could fault about this clinic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I have attended the medic clinic on more than one occasion now and I am beyond impressed at not only the incredible service they provide but how stunning the clinic is. Dr Khan and Dr Swamy are not your ‘typical’ doctors, they are caring, very supportive and will reassure you no matter the problem. I would highly recommend the medic clinic.

Visited this clinic for the first time recently and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was greeted by a friendly and well presented receptionist. The clinic looked clean and modern. I didn't have to wait long before my appointment with Dr Khan. I felt at ease speaking to him and it was clear he wasn't the typical GP who wants to get you out asap to see the next patient. He diagnosed my issue and also enquired about other aspects of my health and wellbeing. I would definitely recommend the medic clinic.
