Really impressed with Medici TV and the accessibility of a wide variety of classical, ballet, opera, and jazz music. Highly recommended.

MediciTV did make good on this problem and I have upgraded my rating accordingly because the content they provide is excellent. Kudos to Trust Pilot for its crucial role in my achieving a good outcome vis-a-vis this very frustrating situation

I cancelled my subscription prior to expiry date and subscribed using a gift card under a different email address. I have been charged for the gift card and a full year's subscription so I am paying twice for the same subscription. I advised Romy of MediciTV about this and was told a) that I had been advised a month prior about my subscription renewal and b) that I had cancelled my suscription one day too late. I sent Romy and screen shot of my email Inbox showing that I had not received any email regarding renewal of my subscription and know that I cancelled my annual subscription prior to renewal date, based on Eastern Standard Time. I have not heard back from Romy or anyone else at MediciTV customer service, and am now ready to call my Credit Card provider to dispute the charge for the renewal of my annual subscription. I am very unhappy and frustrated about this high-handed and unfair treatment by MediciTV

I got 1-year plan and also I am digital concert (Berlin Philarmonic) suscriptor. No android-tv app which is fatal for me. In roku, experience is poor, beside my roku is 4K, video quality looks poor and sound ( opu out) is also poor. The library concerts looks old and very reduced, even basic concerts, like beethovens symponies, were not found in library. So, in conclusion, i didnt like the library selection and the roku experience is poor.

I made subscription for one year and I can not log in not on my TV, not on my mobil phone, and not on my laptop. I wrote several messages asking for help, but the replies received doesn't help nothing, they are some general information, not fitted to my case. Every time received advice to make a subscription for advantages despite the fact that I clearly say, that I already have a full subscription. Can we talk about the real problem and can I have real solution for login? Kind regards, Ferenc Fabian

All well that ends well. Using Chromecast I can now enjoy Medici TV and that's the point. It wasn't easy to get this far, but it was worth it. On a positive note, Romy offered a month's subscription extension to compensate for the airtime lost due to the attempts, and it seems that they are also looking for technical solutions to improve the quality and make it easier to connect. It seems that a lot of good music beautifies everything - that's my opinion.

I was unable to use Medici. I have a Roku television. I had the app on my screen. Every time I attempted to open it, it asked for my user name and password and then did not connect. I canceled my subscription a few hours after paying for it.

The music and variety of programming are terrific. I take away a star because it is often difficult to get to the program I want. The daily emails tout a program but clicking on the tab doesn't get you to it directly.

High quality content, image and sound. Good variety of concerts and material.

I'm sure medici.tv is going to be wonderful - once I can work out how to stream it on to my TV. Not being very savvy re such things, I did ask for some help - but all I got was a referral to a FAQ page which was no help at all.

Full basket of jewels. Easy to navigate. Good price. The search button could be more specific, p.e. searching for pieces, searching for performers especially in opera or ballet ...

We have only had a Medici.tv subscription very recently.
The product has already given us a number of magnificent Concerts & Recitals.
BUT.
Only after we had to call upon the services of a Grandson to assist us to set it up !!
We agree with the criticisms of so many existing reviewers who - over many years - have rightly been critical of the non-friendly set-up system, unwieldy & hard to install.

Medici - in the interests of your reputation & oroduct please sort this out !!

Can’t get into program. Free program keeps popping up but I paid for one year subscription of 12.99 a month. I’ll give it one more week. If nothing changes I am unsuscribing

I'm not an Apple product user, nor do we have Roku in New Zealand, so I first tried Medici by Chromecasting from my android phone; this was not good at all (unlike all the other apps that I use on Chromecast). Accessing a concert direct from the Medici website seems a bit old tech. and either it failed to connect, or resulted in a very low-quality picture, or crashed after a few seconds. So I tried casting from my Windows tablet which works perfectly. Ideally, an app on my phone or built into my Smart TV (Like Met Opera or BPO Digital Concert Hall) would make Medici more useful.
Because of the special deal, I subscribed in time for the Vienna New Year Concert. This was great, but a bit nerve-racking when access didn’t start until on the dot of starting time (e.g. Digital Concert Hall has a 15 minute lead-in for live streams).
The special deal was also a nice incentive, but I don't think I can stretch to another full-price subscription on top of Met Opera and the Digital Concert Hall - it all becomes a bit expensive.
Otherwise – so far I’ve watched a limited range of videos, but with my Windows tablet it all works fine with a good and varied selection of concerts, opera, etc.

Finding something to listen to or watch is not intuitive, once found the quality is good. It is a real pity there isn't an app

It’s user friendly, I love to put all my favorites under my favorites in my account, so I can go back to watch again and again. The videos are sharp, and subtitles are very helpful. Medidici tv keeps me informed almost every day, to let me know all the new videos, so I won’t miss anything. This holiday I bought 2 gift cards for my family, to let them enjoy the great music as I do.
