The subscription purchasing process was a little confusing, but I quickly figured it out.

The music experience has always been great.

Excellent choice of classical music genres: symphonic, opera, ballet, etc. A lot of live transmissions. Highly recommended!

I found it impossible to renew my subscription which was a repeat .of what happened a year ago. Your site kept refusing my password and not allowing me to change it. .HOWEVER, your help line was terrific. Julie straightened out the situation and I got the prices I was offered and a good offer for the future. This review is from Tina Hacker. What is wrong with this company?

The catalogue is great, and the viewer also has enough configuration options(subtitles size, color etc).

I love having all the music, opera, and ballets available. I have already watched 3 operas, 1 ballet, 1 piano recital, and 1 concert in Russia since subscribing a week or so ago. I have bought 2 gift subscriptions, one for my sister and one for friends. It is a dream come true having the worldwide top performing classical artists available without commercials whenever I would like to listen/watch. No problem with watching on iPad or iMac but have yet not figured out exactly how to get it on my smart TV. However, I will conquer that in time.

I am a new subscriber. I think you have good music and shows, but the interface is cumbersome.
I think the webpage is very beautiful but difficult to browse easily, specially on a smart tv. It is designed to catch the eye but not to be user friendly.
Functionalities that I would like to have:
- a simple list of recent past new addictions (not the present list that is very short and time consuming to use)
- play lists that I can construct myself
- the list of previously viewed does not appear on the homepage. You must first choose favourites and then previously viewed.
In summary: I would like a simpler interface, easier to use and designed with the limitations of a smartv controller in mind.

I cannot open any information on how to use this on a TV. I am 77. I saw info about cast on tv but it did not give me information when I highlighted it. I don't want to sit in front of computer to use this

Beware of taking a Medici TV subscription if you plan to use it on a Smart TV. The app does not appear on my two Smart TVs. Customer services informed me that you need a TV which was manufactured in 2018 or later. Despite informing them I could not use the app within 24-hours of purchase, their customer service refused to refund me.

I bought a gift card online for my friend for Christmas which was very easy. My friend received the gift card on Christmas Day and initially had problems activating it. I asked some questions via the online help service and got to speak via email to some very kind, helpful and competent people who between Christmas Day and Boxing Day morning managed to get everything sorted out. It probably wouldn’t have taken even that short time had we not been working across three different time zones. Well done! It beat my expectations.

I cannot find easy instructions for Smart TV use. All my other subscriptions to other services work fine.

Service is great but I'm facing a lot of buffer. Video quality auto adjusting all the time also. I'm from Brazil and don't face the same issues from other streaming services.

Aside from this, I'm very satisfied.

I liked the affordable price as the exchange rate of $AUD makes it quite expensive otherwise.

Great product at great price. However difficult to tell if one's gift card reaches its destined recipient. The old practice of sending the gifter a confirmatory E-mail with the recipient's name and E-mail address (now only confirmation without the latter details) should be revived.

Very valuable discount on 1 year subscription

I am nearing the end of my first year with Medici. I believe life is so much better with beauty present daily, I gave two gift certificates for Christmas.
I have so enjoyed seeing, hearing orchestras, ballet companies in Europe and Japan. I know the USA doesn't offer the degree of subvention of the arts of other countries but it would be interesting to see Medici acquire the rights of PBS historic Dance in America. If you have not tried Medici, I recommend with no hesitations.
