No cast icon nor watch history
It is a pity that we have neither Chrome Cast icon, nor the possibility to go forward or backwards 10, 15 sec…after all these years that medici.tv exists - it would make learning and studying experience so much better.
You even « loose » your video each time you leave the page, because next time you come back - the home page opens up and we need to look for the video ALL OVER again! there is no history of my watched videos..
I used medici.tv couples years ago, and nothing concerning these issues are resolved. I can not understand why.

Terrible Customer Service
Customer Service is below any expectations. I am Medici.tv subscriber for many years. "Help medici.tv" is useless. Waiting for reply more than a week. Medici Tv stopped working on both my google chrome browser and Microsoft edge browser. Streaming is not available and does not load. Excellent content, terrible interface and poor functionality.

The classical music in all its variety you are offering is of a high standard and suits my interest and love for this art more or less perfectly, although live-music is still on the top of my agenda. However, in this way I can travel all over the world without leaving more footprints! Thank you.
My last experience was on November 25, 2022 Concertgebouw Orchestra with Klaus Mäkelä.

I did not plan on renewing my annual…
I did not plan on renewing my annual subscription. When I found out they automatically withdrew $129 from my Paypal account, I immediately notified them I did not wish to renew. Medici said I missed the deadline by a few days to not renew and they won't refund. They said they notified me about the upcoming renewal, I honestly never saw it. Very disapointed with their customer service.
