Comfortable fit of theatre scrub caps for professionals in surgery, ventinary or dental practices. Personalisation of names for better team and patient communication with staff having less chance of being misidentified for their role. Reduced environmental impact as the life of the caps easily covers disposable caps life many many times over. Cost effective for not only the extra benefits if you get personalised names and roles but even just a plain cap can save in the long run compared the daily disposable ones. Hypoallergenic with our cotton fabric so no risk of skin reactions from wearing all day. We make all our scrub caps in the UK to order and so customisation and fit are always top of mind. We offer the most sizes of caps by default and we can even do custom patterns for turbans and hijabs. We also scale from doing one off orders to whole hospitals and teams with our decentralised manufacturing to be able to meet demand while not sacrificing quality. We never outsource outside the UK for the manufacturing and to be able to deliver the most reliable service we run as much of all of our operations from within the UK to limit supply chain issues. We do sometime purchase fabric from outside the UK with special prints but with limited runs so your scrub cap stays as unique as you are. Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Made a purchase totalling 69.51 GBP or 83 euros to Medicus Caps - including shipping costs to Ireland. Was horrified to recieve an email from UPS saying import taxes to the cost of 50 euros are due on this purchase before it can be delivered. Consequently I opted to not pay this and have the parcel returned for a refund. The company now however are unwilling to process a refund despite the fact I never received a product, stating that by the time they deduct the "necessary costs" associated with me returning my parcel, there will be nothing left to refund.
Would strongly advise against avoiding any purchases from this company - much better options on the market from reliable and honest companies

We are saddened that you have had a negative experience with our company.
Just to clarify, when shipping from UK to EU, there will be import charges and VAT (tax) charges when receiving the parcel. This is mandatory and is set by the receiving government, not by ourselves. Sadly this is something out of our control, this is why on our website at checkout you can find "Shipping & taxes calculated at checkout. If you are purchasing outside of the UK then Customs Fees and Tax will be charged when you receive your item. We can advise you on charges just get in touch as it varies by country".
At this instance you decided to refuse the parcel directly UPS against our advice. Once this happens, the sender is charged for a return fee (which is roughly same cost as shipping it out) and any extra charges incurred (the outstanding import charges, vat and admin fees). This is why we are advising that if parcel is returned all extra fees, that are a result of the conscious refusal of the parcel, will be deducted from your order refund.
Believe us when we say that we wish there were no extra costs, as this is out of our hands and not set by us. We feel it is unfair to be expected to cover all those costs, as we are very clear on our website at checkout and also have a chat option for you to discuss with our team if you are unsure or have any questions.
We are very sorry you feel like we have not given the best customer service, but I am sure you understand we cannot be expected to cover all those extra fees that are requested by your government.
Please feel free to email us again if you would like to discuss further, as we are always happy to help and we have always been very responsive and attentive.
