I contacted the customer care for help as I thought I had lost some of my reward points and I was explained exactly what to do and how long my points would have been available as a voucher and how I could just use it as a coupon code - which I successfully did today 🌞- Very kind and effcient customer service - 5 stars!

I purchased travel sized to try out the products. The facial wash is very effective and a small amount goes a long way. The moisturizer is lovely and again only a tiny amount needed. Nice feel and smell on skin

Excellent delivery &amazing product

if this review was just for their products i would give it 4 stars. but the customer service for after sales, is extremely poor. I had an adverse reaction to a product, have done all the required steps and yet, almost 3 weeks later, i've had one email response and nothing since.

Update - thankyou for responding, I provided the information on Monday, however nothing further since. Although i love the products, i don't love the service and will look for another brand.

Medik8 is a company that makes quality skincare products. They actually make a difference in your skin and I couldn't be more happier.

I have been using the Medik8 products for about a month and have noticed a difference in my skin already. I do suffer with my skin and it’s very sensitive. I feel like my skin has a glow already and it feels so much nicer. Even though my skin is very sensitive all the products used have been fantastic and I’ve had no problems at all with any sort of irritation. Would highly recommend.
