My order was missing a product and after emailing the customer care team, had no reply. I wrote a review on their website and it has been taken down, this suggests that any negative feedback reviews are taken off their site, making it appear they are providing a great service. Will not be using them again. My order number is- MK834821 and I emailed both customer care email addresses and your AI bot that advised they had received the complaint, yet no reply

I'm 74 blonde fair skin prior to UK lived in hot country with result wrinkled and a number of sun damaged spots on face . Started medik8 over a month ago whilst skin feels firmer disappointed little improvement to age spots or wrinkles . As the crystal 6 now finished I've purchased the crystal 10 + the regime to go with it so hope I see better results

You have seen the results so far that we would expect for vitamin A - firmer skin. Sun damage and skin ageing appear gradually, and so in turn, they require continued, longer term use to see a reduction.

I love this product, I’ve been using the c-tetra oil serum for a while, and decided to increase the strength. In as little as 2 weeks I noticed improvement in my skin brightness and some hyperpigmentation marks are much less noticeable.

I’ve been using Medik8 skincare for 1 year
I’ve been using Medik8 skincare for quite a while now, and honestly it’s one of the few brands that has genuinely improved my skin. The products that completely won me over are the retinol, day and night creams, and especially the C-Tetra vitamin C serum. The retinol helped smooth my skin texture, improve fine lines and give my skin a fresher, healthier look without causing irritation. The C-Tetra serum gives such a beautiful glow and makes my skin look brighter and more even-toned.

I am 74 years old My skin looks the best it ever has I had a fairly dark age spot on one side of my face which has faded so much in under a month My skin looks smooth and oxygenated and I am beginning to get that elusive ‘glow’ that I thought was not achievable at my age

When Royal Mail failed to deliver my order, I emailed customer support @ Medik8. Jackie got back to me so quickly and offered any support I needed. Very impressive! In the end, I redirected the order to a sub-Post Office locally from where my daughter will collect my order as I am abroad atm. Impressive customer support!!

I am beyond impressed with the amazing customer service I have received from Medix8 I have order a few of their products and life the Vitamin C Serum. I have used many but nothing comes up to it. Their B5 eye cream I literally saw the lifting after I put it on. Unfortunately because I have very sensitive skin and Rosea I could not use one of their products and was so disappointed as my daughter uses it and it’s amazing. Delivery was easy and quick. Product works well and is nice to use. Pump on the tube doesn't always work well though making it a bit difficult to get the cream out of the tube.
