Thank you for taking the time to review our service, I can see this is a replica review as you have posted across our social media profiles also.
Once again we wish to clarify that we DID NOT send you the wrong item. The images on our site are clearly marked as 'for illustration purposes only' and the product bares no confirmation to a flavour choice.
Our pharmacist was not trying to be rude by sign posting you to another provider for the specific flavour you wanted, he was intending to be helpful and actually took time out of his very busy day to source somewhere that you could buy that flavour product.
Whilst I appreciate you are frustrated over this order, we take every effort to ensure accuracy in our website which we feel was very clear.
Your review of our service is actually very unfair and misleading, of course we can't share the email exchanges in public to show how well we have dealt with your query but we fully defend that we have not been in the wrong here.
Again thank you for your order and we're sorry if you had any confusion over the product, we have sent you a link to where this specific flavour can be sourced as we do not have an option to buy specific flavours in that product.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are sorry that we was unable to full fill your order at this time but as you have confirmed a full refund was made.
Across the industry supply of products can change daily for many reasons and whilst we work hard to place items 'out of stock' if we know a long delay is likely sometimes we cant foresee such issues.
We use the exact same suppliers as the big high street pharmacies so it is always going to be a similar issue unless a pharmacy as actual amounts of stock in their store - we try to keep stored medicine to a minimum for safety reasons.
Hopefully you are not put off trying our service again and I hope you manage to get your product from another supplier.
