Medsolve is a very good place to work, great staffs and plenty of shifts. my onboarding process was so smooth and the interview was so straightforward thanks to Brandon. He was very helpful which make my onboarding process fast and smooth.

medsolve is a good employer. the people in the office listen to your preferences so you work in places you like doing work that is enjoyable. The money is always on time and there are no deductions from wages. the terms of employment are clear and open from the very beginning. I personally have not had any problems. I highly recommend.

I have been working for Medsolve for just over a year now and am so glad I found them. They have an app to download onto your phone, so as jobs are available they will be listed on the app and it is up to you whether you apply for them or not. The staff will occasionally ring you to see if you are available but if you are not they are not insistent. You can also log your availability on the app so that if a job is available you can be assigned a shift. It is very easy to work your shifts around your home life. The staff are the most loveliest people I have worked with and are happy to help you with queries should you need to ring the office. In retrospect I should have joined them years ago!

The registration process was simple and quick, there are always plenty of shifts, the office staff are amazing and very helpful, friendly and approachable and genuinely care for the staff that work for them. I was pleased to be recognised for the work i do and do genuinely enjoy working for Medsolve. Would highly recommend them to my friends looking for work that is both flexible and rewarding.

From the recruitment process, Brandon has been very helpful and understanding, taking me through all the process patiently and following up with calls, the interview process was seamless and straightforward. I am pleased to work with them and they’ve got lovely team as complaints are been looked into as soon as possible.

Very supportive manager (Amanda) always checking in to make sure everything is all going ok. Rota is always given well in advance. If I had any problems I know Amanda is very approachable and I would be able to address them to her.

I have been a nurse 20 years and for the last 10 years have worked agency
I have just recently joined medsolve! Best decision I have ever made. I had a face to face interview and an extremely informative induction ( far surpasses any induction I have ever had)
I attended the moving and handling training ( a hard course to deliver and sit through) but Irene walked us through it, was thorough and extremely interactive- again the training far excelled other training I have had. I had online training to do- again very thorough ( my only “niggle” was the length of the care certificate course) although it encompassed fire safety, info governance etc so it “ticked all the boxes” for the mandatory training. I have attended the office a few times and all personnel were so warm and welcoming. I have struggled the past few months to get shifts with another agency- I put in my availability on the medsolve app and within days I now have the next month covered with shifts! Medsolve paid for my DBS and my face to face training ( I had previously been asked to fund my moving and practical myself with my old agency.) I received two free uniforms with a choice of tunic or scrubs( I like my comfort so went for the latter)
I can not recommend this agency enough- I just wish I had opted for it years ago and the pay is great too with a referral scheme which I aim to take advantage of! Thank you so very much to Bonnie to,as she helped me through

I have been with medsolve nearly 2 year and have nothing but praise for them. I have never been short of shifts and all the staff are so friendly and accomadating. Well done all.

A brilliant company to work for, going above and beyond checking in with staff, face to face training offered with kindness and respect at the heart of the company.

They promised higher pay rates but in reality the pay much less (£3/h at least) than other agencies.
Today they booked me for a shift next week without asking and I had to call them to inform I wouldn't have been available on that date. After a few hours my profile was deactivated.
Lack of professionalism and a real waste of time for me.
There are definitely a lot of better agencies available.

The staff were very welcoming, they gave me all the information I needed and everything is well organised. I am happy with my transactions with them.
