Always have work, pay is always on time, on point and uptodate training available, an online work app,knowing that you can contact the office staff at any time makes Medsolve no 1 for staff and existing and potential service users.

Medslove is a well established and structured company. They are well grounded in health care service provision. I joined Medslove in June 2023 and was given comprehensive trainings that have supported me execute my duties at work to the satisfaction of the clients. I have also found medslove staff responsive and approachable which give me the motivation to keep working.

Bonnie, nurse manager has always tried to be fair and tries to resolve things quickly. She is always polite and helpful and when redirected to Admin, finance or others, they have always tried to help.
Also they sorted my queries about expenses quickly.

We regularly book support workers through medsolve, all the people we come in contact with from the recruitment consultants, finance team to management are always very polite and extremely helpful. Amanda always listens to what we need and responds to any issues that might arise.

I truly Can’t be more grateful for my time with medsolve, it was like a breath of fresh air knowing I had the job from day one medsolve catered to my every needs and made me feel apart of a big family, coming from a workplace that was nothing but draining and toxic to medsolve where I was immediately cared for and listened to, experiencing a bad shift at a placement and medsolve immediately sorted it out and understood my hesitance to return and never asked me to do anything I didn’t want to! A lot of agencies are misunderstanding and would rather make you work in a placement that makes you feel unhappy not medsolve! As soon as you tel them you enjoyed a certain place they immediately book more shifts in for you! They are super understanding of sickness or running late and NEVER make you feel bad like other work places do! Medsolve always ensure shifts are within reasonable distances for you and ALWAYS acquire you training for all circumstances, I’ve worked with medsolve for over a year now and I am 100% going to miss the team and everyone I met along the way but I’ve came away with so much experience, a job I absolutely adore (my dream career) and so many friends!! Going to different placements can be daunting but seriously you come away with new friends, experiences, knowledge and just like me you can find your dream job, there’s always room for improvement with medsolve and room to develop or move higher in the company, I will never forget medsolve for their outstanding service, My time at medsolve has been nothing but positive and I seriously couldn’t recommend them anymore!!! Such a professional environment with a friendly and supportive atmosphere ❤️

I've worked as a nurse for Medsolve since February 2023. I can honestly say they have been brilliant since day one. They always ensure there are shifts for me within a reasonable distance. If you are reliable for them they will bend over backwards for you in return. There are no issues should you need to cancel shifts, providing you give ample.notice so they can arrange cover. They all are very approachable and I have not regretted for one minute joining their team. So, if you're prepared to be hard working and reliable they are the agency I would recommend without a shadow of a doubt. 😁

They provide comprehensive trainings and try to provide shifts suiting one's situation

My experience with Medsolve is great and the reason i scored them very high is because of the way my shifts are confirmed via email and they call me all the time with shifts. I will only advice them to improve on their app. It's difficult to pick a shift from there.

Staff are very easy to approach and i always get my shifts on time and in advance. They are also very supportive, always there to listern.
