Excellent patient care and customer service
The care from my dr has been excellent, but in addition I overpaid an appt because I couldn’t mar one and needed to reschedule. How surprised I was that Medvidi reached out to me noticing the out of balance instead of me having to call and review the account status. In addition they gave me options to hold credit or refund. Proactive customer service is rare and truly appreciated!

Very responsive and pretty dang quick to get seen. They offer medication, but dont push it. They offer counseling and the best ways to help. I had an issue with on of my Rx amd the support team Agatha helped me quickly.

Buyer BEWARE - I had a horrible experience with price changes. The customer service is terrible and you will never get refunded even if the medication hasn't even shipped. I was charged $80 just for cancelling. I would NEVER use this company. This is the right company.

Customer service was horrible
I do not know why it’s showing my son‘s name Dustin. My name is Kim Alba. So yes look at all that transpired yesterday and again when I called this morning, my number was wrong again! I don’t think I’ve ever been as furious as I was yesterday…Customer service was good for two months and today I was on the phone for over eight hours back-and-forth with customer service… They promised me someone would call me back which no one did! They had my wrong phone number three times that I had to repeat to them very slow slowly and I still cannot login… Super pathetic since I need my meds! Thinking about going elsewhere soon!

You’re billed monthly/6 week cycle
ITS NOT MONTHLY!! You get billed every moth but only receive you injection every 6 weeks. Good luck getting that changed. It’s like dealing with a used car sale person. The amount of time I’ve bin on hold with this Company is unreal. Can’t wait to see how canceling going play out.

Very Good Company …
I been with this company since 2021 and from the beginning they have been very genuine and concerned about my mental Health I have been with at least 2 doctors and my doctor now is DR Catt Nix he is the best he always makes sure my meds are in the pharmacy stat and if they are out of them at the pharmacy he does not hesitate he will call them into a pharmacy that has them on hand I ever forgot to call for my appointment and he reached out to me so I didint miss my appointment MEDvidi has been very good to me they are very thorough as well but hands down they are a good company always have on call so if you need to talk with someone they pick up the phone when I needed forms filled out they made sure it was done so I wanted to give them a review and let others know don't listen to the bad reviews they are actually very helpful and will do what's best for you .
