Hareem and Dr Sandy have gone above and beyond in making my experience with Medvidi the best. I’ve seen mental health providers for 17 years now, and this by far has been the smoothest, easiest most wonderful experience I’ve had. Thank you for being kind, caring and compassionate and truly listening to patients needs!

Alan Davis from Medvidi quickly understood the problem and worked diligently to solve it.

I have been seeing my provider Dr. Bradley Noon from the Medvidi site for a few years. He listens to me, gives me exceptional advice, also he is outgoing and friendly… which definitely puts me and I am sure many others at ease. Some things are hard to talk about and figure out on your own. Unless you find a provider you connect with and respect!!! That’s what you will always get from Dr. Noon… kindness, caring. also many years of experience! Thank you very much Dr. Noon, your team, and Medvidi.

Bait-and-switch practice. Prior to payment, I completed an online assessment quiz which indicated results—and the implied promise of appropriate care however, the assigned practitioner appeared unfamiliar with assessment results, contradicted the assessment the service did not match what was advertised. Paid for care that was not delivered and am requesting refund. Email from company that they are looking into matter.

my experience with this dock and telehealth provider has been nothing but great and very impressed from the moment I spoke to my doctor. She immediately knew exactly they're correct questions to ask me and it made me feel very comfortable all the way down to experiencing issues with pharmacy not wanting to fill my prescription. I was walk-through with the app and especially Elizabeth. L helped me out tremendously by making me comfortable with the process and assuring that she would get back to me the following day with an answer she did contact pharmacy and made everything right very professional highly recommend this website and thank you so much Elizabeth for all your help.

WHOOOSH . . . did you see that? That was my last bit of faith in the medical machine shooting into the sky thanks to MEDvidi!
I am a 69 year old man and have never been on ANY medications, have a well balanced diet, plenty of exercise, but have been suffering with insomnia and anxiety for at least a decade. Lately it has gotten so bad I am living in a daily fog from lack of sleep. Wife said I needed to do something; getting an appointment with any doctor in our area is at least 2-3 months out, so I thought I'd give MEDvidi a try.
Within seconds of the start of the interview I knew this wasn't going to go well. This "mental health professional" was clearly an angry person and annoyed with even having to talk to me. Several times she put her face in her hand ("facepalmed") as if she was thinking "why must I be subjected to this?" Her grasp of the English language was so poor that I had to keep asking her to repeat sentences, and each time she YELLED her poor language louder as if that would make it better, obviously growing more angry. At one point she asked what I had done to alleviate the issues, and after a long list of remedies (exercise, meditation, etc.) I casually mentioned I'd even tried Kratom because it's legal in my state. This woman flew into what can only be described as a RAGE, and even tried to tell me Kratom was an opiate (which it is not, do your research.) The only way I could calm her down was to say "I only tried it and like I told you, it didn't work."
The dismissive and demeaning tone continued for the rest of the interview. I'm supposed to be the one requiring mental health assistance and this person was clearly unhinged, all I could say was yes or no to her questions. She wound up prescribing two expensive medications with a long list of side effects - one of which the Mayo clinic admits doctors "don't even know how it works" - and due to the increasing mistrust with this crazy "health care professional" I canceled them both and will not be taking these poisons.
Janet or Julia can save their responses, I have read all your condescending and patronizing responses to these complaints and you're like everyone else in your company, you don't care at all about helping anyone. "Health Care" has become an oxymoron, no one in this industry cares about our health, you to keep us just sick enough to keep the circle jerk between medical, big pharma, and insurance going strong.
I am back where I started, to self care, which is the only care I trust.
EDIT: As expected, canned response . . . it was only last Friday and doesn't take a rocket scientist to put together the appointment from the info from here. Typical.
EDIT 2: I see you've changed your response. This was NEVER about prescriptions, it was about the interview. If I wanted drugs I could go to the street. It was about lack of help from this company.

There was an error in their site regarding the medication ordered by my physician. I called and spoke to a company representing named Agatha. She promptly took on the issue. She called my pharmacy and verified the medications to make sure they were correct and called me back to let me know that the correct medications were ordered. She was polite and professional and her response to the issue could not have been better. She was awesome! I felt like she really cared. I have had nothing but good things to say about MEDvidi!

The call center agent I spoke with today was very competent and actually resolved the issue I was having and waited on the phone with me to make sure my request was met which no other Medvidi call agent has done in the past. He was very helpful and kind.

Christopher Thornton is a great doctor and makes things very easy on his patients. The staff here gets things done in a very timely manor and with school, work and a newborn I couldn’t be more appreciative.

I had a really bad issue with my medication and a delivery issue, which was not Medvidis fault at all, but Zack M @Medvidi helped me out so much and was very respectful throughout our whole engagement. He had my issue resolved within a couple of hours in one singular day, which is absolutely amazing for telemedicine in general, but this place has been a saving grace for my PTSD and trauma that I have. life happens and we we’re all human, but Zack M handled the call so gracefully and really came through with a great resolution for me! for that I am truly appreciative for him and his hard work and dedication towards me. Thank you so much, Medvidi and Zack M

Changing my review that I originally posted. Overall the experience was fine. Fast appointment- same day like they said, and customer care is fast to reply for issues. Strongly suggest making sure you select a pharmacy that works. That’s the only issue I ran into and it’s caused delays and unsure how long it will take to resolve. Like I said though, double check the pharmacy and I’m sure it would be much faster if anything is prescribed. Other than that, not bad.
