Company was responsible for sale of my sister's house on my behalf. John's team were super, explained process in clear terms, including costs, kept me informed at all stages. As it got nearer to exchange of contracts re completion John really couldn't do enough either on phone or be email. There was a bit of delay on buyers side, again he explained situation so I always knew what was happening. Even with the delay he still managed to exchange on the day with monies paid into correct account.
Everything was made as smooth and simple as possible for me. Outstanding company.

Medway Law have been great. Megan Lyons looked after me and she was brilliant, very friendly, professional and helpful and she kept me updated about developments all along, with the sale etc. I was dreading the process but Megan made it a smooth, fuss free experience. Understand the "modern method of auction"
Medway Law managed the conveyancing of the house I had sold by the "modern method" (ie auction).
I chose Medway Law because they were recommended by the auction house and they understand the auction process (which must complete in 56 days).
The solicitor who handled my sale was friendly and efficient, made sure I was informed at all times, and got the job completed on time.

I sold my property via auction in July 2025 expecting a very quick completion on the sale. However things took a lot longer than expected with requests of extensions on completion from the buyer on several occasions. contracts were not exchanged and no deposit monies were taken from the buyer to commit him/her to the purchase and give me peace of mind. A new conveyancing lawyer comes on the scene namely Mohsin Aziz and turns things around within weeks! He persuades the buyer to exchange contracts which ties them in legally and a few weeks later we complete the sale to cut a very long story short! Mohsin was very professional and considerate at every step of the way he was in regular contact with me keeping me updated and advising/reassuring me of the final outcome. I highly recommend and commend Mohsin - his conviction and dedication is outstanding to achieving satisfaction for his clients. Thank You so much Mohsin.😊
