Found a pair of shoes which fit reasonably well for my wide feet!

The support staff is very responsive and friendly, they go above and beyond to help. Every question I had was answered, and every concern addressed. I never had full leather dress shoes before, and the support staff at Meermin made the process very easy.

The shoes are great quality for the price. The break in period is a little rough, but that's expected for real, full leather shoes. I have two pairs now, and I plan to get more.

Lovely products. However the saleswomen at the shop could at least offer a smile. I was the only one in the shop and she couldn’t be bothered to smile and stayed behind the countered.

When asked to try on pair of shoes, only offered one. Understand if she was busy. Not great service.

On the other hand the products are great.

I feel the site should have been honest about the women's shoes being an actual man shoe in a smaller size. Very misleading

Good shoes, brutal to break into but its my first leather. Was shocked to see Made in China sticker at bottom of sole, but apparently they do only a small portion of the process in there and do the finishing in Spain. Arrived very quickly too, hopefully its great reputation holds up!

EDIT: after some back and forth, seller agreed to send refund without me having to ship item back to Europe. But item is still of poor quality especially for the price. It had only been used very lightly in an office setting.

Very poor experience.

This 'shell cordovan' belt started turning white after only light use in office settings. It was not abused, worn hard, or exposed to unusual conditions. For something sold as black shell cordovan, this is far below what should be expected.

The worst part was customer service. Their solution was essentially to tell me that this was normal and that I should buy or apply black shell cordovan pomade and fix it myself. That is not an acceptable response to a recently purchased premium item. If a belt needs recoloring after minimal office wear, that is not normal wear, it is a product failure.

Premium pricing, disappointing quality, and a dismissive after-sales response.

I received 2 right foot shoes. One from the pair I ordered and the other is a brown suede tassel loafer. How can I receive what I ordered?

A great product at a great price delivered on a timely basis. No drama. What's not to like? I'm already budgeting for my next purchase.

I love that they have such a wide range of sizes and that many of their shoes are unisex! The FAQs and detailed info on the lasts were also super helpful as a first time Goodyear welt shoe buyer. The buying and shipping experience was seamless, and the product has been incredible so far! I bought a pair of boots that were sleek and comfortable right out of the box (I had bought similar shoes from a competitor to compare and ended up returning the other pair because Meermin’s was so much more comfortable) and a pair of loafers with the softest leather. I’ve already gotten lots of compliments on my shoes. Thank you, Meermin!

Beautiful shop with a classy collection. The shopkeeper was very kind, clear, and helpful! Was looking for small sizes like a US 6M/ UK 4.5 and found the perfect pair. Amazing prices for high quality service and products!

Meermin is easy to work with. The boots and belt were of great quality. Items came in a timely fashion. I would order from them again.

20 euro shipping fee, regardless of order volume. 15 euro return charge. Customer service is incredibly inflexible, not solution oriented, I.e. extension of return period due to holidays. Quality is sub price, compared to morjas etc. highly advising against ordering here.
