Ive had meermins captoe oxford for some years and now I've added their loafers and chelsea boots. The Goodyear flex sole is very comfortable and the uppers are still the highest quality you can get for the money.

The leather quality and workmanship of the Antique Calf oxfords is exceptional. The color (mine are tan) is exactly as shown on the website. Delivery was prompt. What impressed me the most was the guidance of Meermin's customer service with respect to sizing. Based on my measurements they confirmed that the last I chose was appropriate and recommended the size. The shoes fit like a glove. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Super fast delivery. Shoes are a great fit size 10.5 but as with my previous Meermin they take a little while to break in properly.

Efficiency

Shoes are great overall and fit perfect. My AI program suggested a bit larger size and it was just right. Shoe shipped fast and did ship to Hawaii while others won’t. Overall shoe quality is good, but this pair had some defects in the sole and cap toe. I had invested in conditioning, prepping and shining so hopefully the defects will lessen with wear. Some small amount back on the purchase price would have gone a long way for some decent customer satisfaction. Not sure if I will buy again. But not sure I won’t.

Comically bad and incompetent customer service. Tried to adjust my order a minute after placing it. Given a generic response that orders are shipped so quickly they can't do anything and then ignored my subsequent three emails. This is despite the fact that the order label was created a whole 24 hours later. Orders are shipped from China too. Must have outsourced customer service staff. They only care about you placing an order, and have zero regards for you afterwards. Incredibly unfriendly return policies and will do everything in their power to prevent a return going through. Business has gone downhill, maybe they've changed ownership. I won't be buying from Meermin ever again.

Fantastic shoes and service

Was not expecting dress shoes to be comfortable, but these are. I ordered the British size as directed, which was a full size smaller than my usual US size. The fit was perfect.

I’ve been using shoes from Meermin, and they are genuinely impressive.

What stands out immediately is the quality of construction. These are typically Goodyear-welted shoes, a technique associated with durability and long lifespan, allowing resoling and extended use over years. The leather quality is also excellent, often sourced from reputable European tanneries, giving the shoes a refined look and a natural feel.

At the same time, the price is remarkably competitive. Meermin follows a direct-to-consumer model, which helps keep costs lower while still delivering a level of craftsmanship usually found in much more expensive brands.

Comfort improves noticeably after a short break-in period, as the leather adapts to your foot, and the shoes develop character over time.

Overall, Meermin offers a very compelling combination of high-end craftsmanship, premium materials, and excellent value for money. It is difficult to find another brand that delivers this level of quality at a similar price point.

I measured well-fitting shoes before ordering, but the loafers where half a size too narrow. The exchange was super easy and fast and the new loafers fit very nicely. They have the shape of Aldens - which have become just too expensive, I find - and the shell cordovan looks very good. I found no flaws on the shoes and love them already!

Fast delivery. Really nice shoes with fuss free and basic packaging (who needs another shoe bag or fancy box).

Fast shipping, great product. Need more locations in the US. I had to exchange my shoe 3 times. I'm aware of European sizing but there are also differences in the last of the shoe. If there was a location in South Florida I'd drive a good distance to get to it to try the show on. More locations needed

I had a frustrating experience with Meermin's customer service after receiving boots with a product defect. What should have been a straightforward resolution turned into an exhausting back-and-forth. Over the course of multiple separate responses, they asked me for my order number three times, requested photos of the boots three times, and asked for my email twice — all information I had already provided. It felt like no one was actually reading my messages or tracking the conversation. I expect better from a brand at this price point. The boots themselves were already disappointing due to the defect, but the customer service experience made it significantly worse.

I dont know what happened with my order but my shoes came a bit creased and there was hair all over inside the shoebox.
