Takes days to locate accounts, but you learn that AFTER you pay.
After running a search for 401k accounts, it claims to have found some and asks to pay to see those accounts. After you pay, it says they’re going to need a few days to do a comprehensive search to see if there are any other accounts, but won’t even let you look at the ones that it claimed it found. Waste of time and basically a scam. Stay away.
They did refund promptly though.
Edit to respond to the question:
“See the 4 accounts we found in the initial search.” That’s what it says on the screen to choose and pay for the plan.
Maybe it’s just bad wording, but this suggests that the accounts themselves and details about them will be shown, not just the brokerages they might be in.

The initial search results should be available immediately after payment and remain accessible in your dashboard while the comprehensive search is completed. If you weren’t able to access them, we’d like to understand what happened and fix it.
