My whole mission was just a refund, I’ve never heard of beagle before but due to my husband not canceling, I had zero knowledge then I was charged and even though I was a bit frustrated Mayvy was just doing her job. And I appreciate her for helping me get my refund.

I wanted to keep Beagle services but unfortunately I’m facing eviction from my apartment and I don’t have the extra funds for anything at this time. I’m praying for a huge blessing. Customer service is great

I heard about beagle so I signed up because it was like $20 or something and they said if I gave him $20 they would help me find my old 401ks but then they tried to charge me way more money and they did actually and I was able to get the money back through my chime account and now they keep trying to charge my account over and over but my cards all are frozen and I only unfreeze them when I want to make a purchase so they never get it but they tried daily to steal my money this company is scummy As It Gets

I was curious to see if I had 401k money from previous companies but once I entered my card info they sent me to a blank page and I didn't know if anything was going to happen. So I just left it figured it glitched.Today I received a email that they found something that could be your 401k they just give you a bunch of sites you can log into but if you don't know your log in or account number because you didn't know they existed how are you supposed to get in anyway total waste of time, and they charge you $39 after your "free trial" which was unclear if it was working or not. Total scam. Save yourself 40 bucks and look up 401ks and try to log in yourself. They don't even look for your specific account they just put a bunch of websites in one place so you do all the work anyway. Total nonsense SCAM

I wanted to cancel my subscription and Beagle made it super easy! I love that they found an old 401k for me too!

I want to thank Angel for assisting me with my cancellation process without any issues. I will be sure to keep Beagle in mind, for future use.

Great customer service!!

Seems a little shady to offer 3-day memberships then tell people it’s likely to take 3-4 days for results, forcing them to pay a month at full price.

Will update review once results are received.

Help where needed, understood company procedure and policy, while prioritizing the guest experience. If this is a service needed by friends or family I will recommend Beagle, specifically based on this customer service experience.
