Absolutely dreadful!! I paid for a faster delivery and when nothing arrived I emailed customer service....this was the respose-

Usually delivery time is about 8-14 business days. Don`t worry. We have urgent logistics to speed up. Could you please wait for some more days?

Out and out lie on their website saying that they deliver next day or 4 days. It ships from China. I bought an item for my holiday which I'm now going to have to replace, and it looks unlikely that I'll get a refund given the reviews.

Absolute scam. I'll have to take this further.

Do not buy from this company!!!!! They will not refund a purchase!!!! To receive a refund, they make you send the product back to the USA, which costs a small fortune. They don't tell you this when you purchase the item!!! STAY AWAY !!!!

Ordered two swim suits from here. One was faulty. Color has run and it was not as described. I was given the option of a credit note or 8 pound refund or return it which is to America and would cost as much as the swimsuit. Should have read the reviews before ordering. The returns procedure is a joke. Will never order from here again. Shipping took ages too. Thought it was uk company but I was expected to ship back to USA and order came from Netherlands. Stay well clear.

Refusing to exchange the items for correct sizes, instead are offering a discount code to purchase more items and keep the wrong fitting items or keep the items and receive not even 1/3 back of the amount purchased as "compensation". Why would I keep items that do not fit me when I just want to trade them in for the correct size? Absolute scam.

I hate being scammed. Ordered a bathing suit but it didn’t fit well - the top wasn’t adjustable and didn’t give the support I needed and the bottoms seemed loose or flimsy although I’d ordered the correct size according to my measurements. I’d noticed on the website it said free returns, but since contacting them I’ve been getting the runaround. First they offered a store credit and I keep the suit. I pointed out - why would I keep a bathing suit that didn’t fit and I’d likely never wear? It went back and forth a few times and then they finally sent me the return instructions, part of which were that they would provide a refund after they checked the crotch label for “cleanliness”. From the wording in the emails I don’t think English is their first language, so doubt they’re an American company. Wish I’d thought to check reviews before I ordered. Before I received the first suit I had ordered a second suit, which is en route, so couldn’t cancel the order. If this doesn’t fit, I’m out just over $100 Cdn.

It did arrive quickly and was perfect sizing. However, not the shape swimwear showed on the pictures and was quite low cut. I’m not entirely unhappy, but I wouldn’t order again. Definitely not worth £40 at all when looking at the material or how it’s been cut. Very misleading with advertising claiming to be a UK company. This is a company based in the USA and I think they source from other countries! I won’t be ordering again and won’t be recommending. It is not worth the hassle trying to send back

Fraudulent company! I lost 80$. Went back and forth with them on a refund they owe me. I will go out of my way and beyond to expose and warn every person on whatever review site, FB, IG… these crooks have pissed me off beyond belief and wasted so much of my time. It will be the most expensive 80$ they ever stole.

Excellent Service! I was also one of the people that read the reviews after ordering and was worried. I had not realized this item was coming from China (thought it was UK). Arrived in the time frame advised. No complaints here and the swimsuit is lovely! Thank you.

I would give it zero stars if I could I ordered a swimsuit and I have returned it. I Provided a tracking number as they requested and they keep giving me the runaround saying that they will give me $10 back. I told them no then they said $16 back. I told him no I wanted the whole $33back. They keep giving me runaround asking question question I’ve already sent swimsuit and they will not give me my money back.

Needed to return the purchase because it did not fit. I went through all of the emails and all of their instructions. Paid to have the package sent to the address they gave me and it has been an entire month and I still have not received my refund. Will never order from here again. It has been a huge pain.

A dreadful experience. I had the same experience as others. Wanted to exchange my order for a larger size. Would not accept item back but I was given a discount coupon to use to buy the larger size and only pay postage of $16.50.
I finally got the discount code to work (after many emails to them). During the ordering process the balance I was to pay showed only the postage was payable. But my bank account was debited $70.49.
This happened twice. I ended up paying over $169.00 for 1 swimsuit worth $53.99.
Outrageous. I’m am dealing with the fraud section of my bank to recoup some monies.
I agree with others that this company should be shut down

My swimming actually fit me perfectly and I absolutely 💯 loved it, but I did not have to return it. I did the measurements and verified the size online with my correct size.
I also paid extra to have it shipped within five days and it did arrive in five days.

Worst service. I tried to order 11 items, they took my money, then refused to deliver the items as they said the order was too large and accused me of buying a large order to copy the products. There is nothing on their website to say you can only order a certain amount, and adverts all over social media of women with "cupshe hauls" trying on multiple swimsuits. They refused to deal with or acknowledge my complaint when I have tried to make one. To date they are holding £400 of my money. Do not use this company.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. They will not refund you on returns. They are a total scam.

As some of the other reviews I ordered a costume which did not fit, I contacted them to return but they said they did not have a returns policy for the UK. They offered me a refund for half of what I paid and I get to keep the swimming costume. After six weeks I am.still chasing the refund. Do not use this company it is really not worth it

Same situation as the previous reviews on here. I'm owed £149 refund on items they will not except a return for, said they would give me them at a discounted price and send a refund for the amount out standing but never has. Please dont order from this company. I have lost alot of money and I don't want anyone else having the same situation. Disgusting company !! They should be shut down !

Ordered some swimsuits that looked lovely online. Came across them through targeting on Facebook. Ordered almost £200 in different sizes from a site .co.uk and paid in GBP. Assumed returns would be made to the UK. As with other reviewers I got a surprise when I tried to return. The return address is USA and the cost would have been £35! I liked a couple of them, decent quality and style. However will never used again or recommend.

Just like all the other reviews, I wish I had read them before ordering. I ordered 6 swimming costumes costing £160 & they were all far too small. I emailed the company asking for returns address which took them ages to give me. They kept offering a part refund or credit note. Finally after several emails they agreed to give a full refund if I posted it back to the USA tracked & signed for. This cost me £35 which I did so. I got my full refund today which I was surprised at as only sent it off 7 days ago but still out of pocket for the £35 p&p. The address they gave me was in the USA but I don’t actually think it’s legit as they haven’t received it but it does show delivery was attempted. Avoid buying from meet curve also known as curve dream.

I order 6 swimming customs the email saying my order was too large and they will not acepte returns from my order because was too large.
something very weird i cancel the order complete but waste of my time,
very annoying because they have lovely designs

Wish I also had checked out the reviews!!!! They will not give me a refund so £28.99 out of pocket for a swimsuit that does not fit!!! There must be something we can do about this company!!! The only reason I have one star is because the item was delivered
