Fraudulent Company

In short………… DON’T DEAL WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Please read the reviews and if you still go ahead, then more fool you.

Just in the process of letting my credit card company deal with the thieves and liars. I sent proof of them trying to bribe me with gift cards etc, just so they don’t have to give you your money back.

What a set of bell ends!!!!!!!!.

AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAM
Wish id read these reviews before ordering but unfortunately not. Company is a complete scam. No mention of having to return items to NJ USA for a refund. I bought several designs and sizes to try for fit spending £156. The products are complete rubbish and very poor quality but that was the least of my problems. When I wanted to return I followed the returns process on their website and was amazed to be offered a partial refund of £20 and then told to keep the items I wanted to return and “give them to my friends”. Luckily I paid with my bank debit card so have requested a chargeback. This company is breaking every rule in the book - deliberately misleading customers about the returns process to fraudulently obtain the orders
Also my comments on fb and X have been removed and I am now blocked

Their customer service is a joke

I placed an order but Never received a confirmation email. When I contacted their customer service department they told me that my order was never successfully created because my payment didn't go through. (Which it had). I then had to dispute the transaction with my bank, and forget about my order, as their customer service team seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I then ordered bathers from somewhere else......then a week later, the same customer service rep emails me (on the same email thread btw) saying that they've received a request for a charge back from the bank, and asking me "is there a problem with your order?"......the order they assured me I did not have, they suddenly wondered what was wrong with???.....they then fulfilled the order, and recharged me, even though I'd already bought bathers elsewhere. I stressed to them that I no longer wanted them, and that it was too late, as they had earlier assured me I had no order, i told them that i had since gone elsewhere, and that i couldn't afford both purchases..... they did not care, and did not void the order. They recharged me and shipped it out. Now i have more bathers than i need, and im out of pocket, and all they said was "sorry for our mistake, and thankyou for choosing meetcurve".

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs - I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Exactly the same problems as everyone else, I want to return some of the items I ordered and I am in a to and fro with ‘Karen’ from customer services offering me a gift card or offering me a refund but to keep the items at £100 less then I paid!! It’s absolutely disgusting and a complete sham. Don’t put yourself through it and just stay well clear of the company.

Short changed returns process

Same issue as most other customers reviewing this company.
Inconsistent sizing then can't get a full refund as return shipping cost makes it not worth it. So they offer you a lesser amount than the clothing items are worth to keep them. Poorly made as well. NEVER AGAIN

Scam! Avoid

Ordered 3 costumes to the UK; had no idea that returns had to be sent to America at my expense, 2 weeks in of them trying to string out the process, bartering with keeping 25% of my money so I don’t have to return the items

They referred me to their returns terms which says nothing about sending to USA - still fighting them

Yikes, Horrible Return Service & Shortchanged

Yikes! Girls, do not order from this company!!!!!! The saga began back at the beginning of February. They never provided an address of return until I sent them multiple emails and finally said I will review with my attorney and dispute the charges on my credit card even after following their own return policy. Finally got the return mailing address (mind you the return address is circling around the internet from other dissatisfied customers) sent it in with tracking (glad I did) they claimed they never got it, and I told them no, they have it. After a month later and continually reaching out, they finally said to be patient despite they are violating their own return policy. I told them that my credit card company will be contacted to dispute the charges. Long and behold, after I called my credit card company, the very next morning, I was refunded but a $1 less. Yes, a $. If it was any other company that wasn’t shady, I would’ve let it go. However because they are a shady business, where they dragged their feet refunding me, seeing other customers disappointment with their return response and refund, the refund game continues as an explanation as to why a $1 less was never provided. I’ve already informed my credit card and they are fine with continuing to dispute the $1 charge. I’ve already told Meet Curve of their $1 shortage and this isn’t a fat finger shortage of a difference from $80.97 to $79.97. This is intentional and I calculated the return to ensure it was the correct amount to be refunded and they are also the ones that initially said return of $80.97. This is a company hoping that I would just go away and they just keep a dollar in their pocket. I want to know how many customers have just given up and not battled them and how many they’ve shortchanged? I want to know how much money they’ve made from not providing a full refund? I don’t have time for this, but I’ll make time for a company who steals.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Same experience as the others, back and forth with Karen from customer services trying to barter with me to keep the item and have a partial refund etc.... the item didn't fit! A complete sham when wanting a return. They are based in USA, I live in UK. If you do return, you pay the cost of return which for me was £15.00, I'd already paid £4.00 to get the item delivered to me. Disgusting, If only I'd read these reviews before I ordered. The returns process on the website is deceptive in order to gain your custom......therefore this is fraudulent behaviour.

Avoid

I ordered a swimsuit but up on arrival it didn’t fit, I asked for a refund but endured back and forth bargaining emails from their customer service department. Offering first a discount code instead of the refund, then £7 credit and keep the item then £10 and keep the item . I settled on £26 a £10 loss for me because I was fed up of the emails.

Missing items

I ordered two items and only received one. The customer service is awful. I ask for them to send out the missing item. They say I need to file a claim with the postal service. I have requested ship date and proof of insurance. But have yet to receive all the info required to file the claim. The information needed is all from the shipper. I have none of it. They continue to send the same response ever time I request it. Which is file a claim with USPS. Which I can't without the proper information. I am getting extremely frustrated after a month of multiple emails between myself and meet curve customer service. I am out a swimsuit and the money I spent on it. I feel as if the company will not make good on their end of the business. After they receive payment they seem to care very little about the customer or helping them resolve an issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ARE A PLUS SIZE GIRL

I ordered two swimsuits from here. Both size large. One fit me very well, the other was obscenely small so I tried to return it slash exchange it because I liked the style. I contacted Meet.curve to start my return/exchange like their website instructs to do so, and they responded with me saying they won’t accept returns (even though it’s February and I haven’t gone swimming in the suit yet, literally just tried it on at home once) and they offered me SEVEN DOLLARS to keep it instead - I paid $34.99 for the suit!! And it’s a shame because I really like the color, I would have just exchanged it for the proper size but instead they won’t accept the return, they are making me pay to send it back to them, and they wanted me to send them the tracking information once I send it! Such a hassle!! I just want a damn bathing suit that fits. This company is supposed to be for plus sized women yet their suits are ridiculously small - like the bottoms covered barely half of one of my butt cheeks. Ridiculous. Their customer support emails also seem like a robot is typing them because they are awkwardly written with tons of spelling errors. What a horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ARE A PLUS SIZE GIRL!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I really wish I had done my research and read reviews before I ordered from this company, like many others have said they are a complete scam. The items took over two weeks to arrive and did not fit, it is impossible to get a refund. They will offer you partial refunds or discount codes to order more products to avoid having to return them. I managed to get my money back through my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Buy at least three weeks before holiday!

Can’t say much about the actual clothing since they still haven’t arrived. Did not know until I ordered that this company ships from China NOT Australia. They use the .au and “meet curve Australia” to deceive you and it’s very frustrating! I ordered 2 and a half weeks (keep in mind they say 7-14 days) before my holiday and it’s now the day of and they aren’t even in my state yet according to tracking. So now I’ll have to buy another suit while on my holiday. So disappointing because the pieces look beautiful.

Do not order from this site!

Do not order from this site!! Sizes are all over the place. They try to get you not to return and item, offer a price which is not what you paid for as credit on you account which becomes like a gift card and on the returns policy you cannot return or refund anything that is a gift card. If you decide to return an item the shipping is on your dime. They do not care for the customer at all!!

Scammers

I order for this company and they do not take return they are scammers once they got your money that it my swimwear that I order didn’t fit so want to return them but no way ! I just lost $128 darn company beware beware !!!

Do not order from this company if there…

Do not order from this company if there is the slightest chance that you might need to return an item!!! I have been trying for 3 weeks daily to get a returns label and every day I get an email from them saying I have sent a blank email which is complete rubbish. I’m now at the stage I’ve just about given up on them because I’m getting absolutely nowhere.

0 stars! Just awful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a swimsuit for vacation well over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted customer service over and over and over again and get the same reply every time. They will do nothing to help me. Won’t give me my money back. Won’t ship another suit. Please don’t waste your time with this company!

I just wanted to edit my review to add that after threatening to contact the BBB, they finally gave me my money back. You’d think they would’ve done that a long time ago but here we are.
