Super slow withdrawals!!

Fast withdrawals???? This is the worst site for withdrawing your winnings on the net. I’m still waiting for a pending withdrawal of £195 after losing over £600. No communication just robots! Don’t think they care about your safety!! Deposits will go through in seconds unlike withdrawals (weeks)!!!!

Can’t log into my account. Trying to contact customer service but no reply and wouldn’t accept my email. If I had known this I would’ve stayed away. No customer service number available.

Awful a shame cause the games are good but they just scam you saying I had a 100% match bonus made a deposit for them to then say that they need me to send a photo of my bank card before I could have the bonus even though I’ve deposited loads of money before on here stay away

Deposited just fine won 3k withdrew 2500 it's just been sat in pending for 14 hrs can't speak to anyone about it live chat is a bot think I've been scammed as alot of these negative reviews mention the same thing will update my review if they ever payout withdrawl times on their website states instant to 4hrs which its clearly not my username is bigwinplz199
I had an email on 6th May 11.30pm to state my withdrawl has been processed but still awaiting the funds then to get a reply on trust pilot 12hrs later saying they are still dealing with it so which is it have opened a complaint with resolver as its been 3 days with no funds to be seen
Day 4 still no reply still no funds I'm getting on to the gambling commission now

I have withdrawals pending with these and Lunacasino which is the same company,they spout about quick payouts and 2-24 hours to process but it appears that their idea of an hours is different 🤔 when you finally get an email back they say the same stuff don't worry as soon as it's processed you will be paid.Its a shame cos the site is really good but this BS let's them down. 1 star for withdrawals and 4 stars for the site. A little concerned of the reviews

UPDATE i had my withdrawal within 2 days. I then won a further £550 and had the withdrawal within 12 hours. Will definitely continue to use this site. Thank you 🥰.
A little concerned of the reviews I’m seeing I’ve tried to withdraw £700 it’s sat on pending for hours have email with no response. Had no issues playing the actual casino or slots I liked the site so hoping not going to have problem with withdrawal would just stop me from playing in future.

Be vary wary of this site I had deposited quick and fine I ask to withdraw, you’ll laugh at what they wrote ,so you can only withdraw 20£ up nothing less I withdrew £30 and it still hasn’t passed the first check over 24 hours ago well over 30 hours and counting I have never been so baffled in my life there’s no contact number you have a bot who tells you hold tight forever this site is the closest thing to a scam ever I’m happy there’s bad reviews wish I looked here prior

2nd time verification in 3 years

2nd time I have had problems with this casino. Don't know why but after 3 year playing off and on they now require documents for verification again. Emailed and was told everything was sorted. And to send a screen shot . No option to withdraw .

After spending the last 2 days trying…

After spending the last 2 days trying to make a withdrawal I’d give this site a 0 if I could. The site kept saying I’d got an active bonus so unable to withdraw funds unless I cancelled the bonus. Tried cancelling it 100’s of times it was a fault with a game kept popping up on my Home Screen. I went onto live chat all I received was generic responses and same with emails until I put that I would be putting a formal complaint in with the site and gambling commission. Now I’m able to withdraw my funds let’s see how long that takes!!

In the future, I would suggest clearing cookies and cache from your browser before logging in, any game that resumes then should be able to be closed properly from the X button within the game.

Red flag. Fraud

Apparently it is a fraud that don't pay out winners. My payment is still pending and no one responses and I think I must give up my money.
If any one see this review take it serious and stay away from this website.
It's a Malta based company which is heaven of those who takes your fund and don't give it back.

If they pay my money back I remove this post.

Update: I started a complaint against this unsafe website on gambling commission as they don't answer none of my emails and messages. Please If your money's displaced to website's owner bank account open a case on gambling commission until we down their unsafe website.

Update: Megacasino flagged my review containing harmful or illegal content. The question here is why MC don't give my money ? Simple they can release the money!! But they prefer remove my review!

Update: It's been 2 weeks that my money is pending. Still no reponse or sign of intention to pay me out. I wonder how this website has gained a Uk license?

Very very bad returns u can spend…

This casino is worse than worse

This casino is worse than worse. They always say "random generated drops" but when you play every day you realise how they cheat.
For example your win rate depends on your deposit and balance. And do not listen the crap talks they tell it is not dependent on that.
They use psychological tricks as well. For example good drop always ends up where you can see that next symbol was the winning one or the bonus and they always let you see that little bit of next drop so you think it was near. But in reality it is a trick to make you keep playing.
Another thing if you withdraw the money your win rate becomes so low that it is amazing you get maybe 1out 10 positive drop. They say it is have nothing to with it but as soon as you feed back the amount you withdrawn with extra money the rate will go up again. If you play here daily you should see the pattern of theyr tricks.
It is disgusting and this casino should not be allowed to operate like all other online gambling because they lie lie lie and lie again about rates, win, and other things

Came to withdraw after 24 hours still isn't processed can't make a second withdrawal till first 1 is complete states on the site quick withdrawal! Tried every way to contact them no response to emails fb or bot very disappointed

40 minutes after posting review my withdrawal has been processed so I have amended my rating, customer service needs to improve dramatically to improve it more.

If I could rate it 0 star, I would. The customer service team is an absolute joke. Trying to get help on there through chatbot, all you would get is generic FAQs. And if you finally manage to go through all that, a live agent would give you even MORE generic replies as if they do not speak english or understand basic english. There is a game that allegedly did not end properly. Despite my 5 attempta to ask the CS to CLOSE IT FOR ME, they just keep going on and on about oh you need to click the X to exit the game. GOD IF I DID THAT, THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS THEN IT IS OBVIOUS THAT YOUR WEBSITE HAS A BUG….. Deposited £100. Made 10x£10 deposit and eventually I get the bonus thinking I will win some back. 15 spins and I won £1.37.

So I go there and I put in another £10 so now it's 110 in total.
