TERRIBLE Customer Service
Unfortunately, my experience with this vendor, specifically Ken, was unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. In order to purchase, I had to get their W9. Due to emails being sent to spam, I had to ask for this twice, which apparently annoyed Ken. When I was able to review the W9, I realized they were using the 2018 version. When I politely asked for the correct, updated version required for compliance (2024 or newer), I was met with condescending, dismissive, and threatening responses rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. He told me that we either purchase by CC or he was going to cancel my order, simply because HE was confused on what I needed.
I expect a baseline level of professionalism and accuracy when coordinating with vendors—especially as a paying customer. The tone throughout the exchange made it clear this is not someone I’d choose to work with again.
Would not recommend, unless you're comfortable chasing paperwork and being spoken to with unwarranted attitude.
