Worst customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service, no one will take responsibility for anything. They tell you to lodge a support ticket in the app but then just mark it complete without actually communicating with you directly and the problem remains unresolved. I provided proof of final meter readings on my move out date, and they issued an estimate anyway which was more than the actual reading I sent them. Then after them refusing to help me over the phone I lodged a complaint in the app and they made the situation worse by somehow transferring my old meter to my new account and charging me even more!? I don’t even have words for the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence they have displayed.
