Ordering on the website was simple and shipping was fast. So far I am happy with the device. I’ve only had it a very short time so have only used it a few times. Too soon to rate the results but I am confident I will be content.

I had a malfunction after 6 month. Item replaced fast and effortlessly.
I am a nurse, love and recommend home red light therapy for pain magt, carpel tunnel, hand stiffness, hair replacement, wound mgt. I find the warmth to be very comforting, also. Puts me to sleep. Swear by it.

I purchased the Megelin Laser & LED Therapy Mask as a Christmas gift for my husband, genuinely hoping it would help his skin. Instead, it caused a worsening of acne and facial inflammation, forcing him to stop using it for health reasons.

When I contacted customer service, I was only slightly past the 60-day return window and explained clearly that this was not buyer’s remorse but an adverse physical reaction. I provided photos of the device (in excellent condition) and photos documenting the skin reaction, as requested.

Despite acknowledging the issue and escalating it to their “quality team,” Megelin ultimately refused any return, refund, or meaningful resolution, hiding behind a rigid policy rather than addressing the real issue: their product caused harm and was not fit for use.

What’s most troubling is the pattern here—high-priced wellness products marketed with promises of healing and improvement, but zero accountability when they do the opposite. When a company continues to collect profits while ignoring the real physical consequences experienced by customers, it begins to feel like profits are being prioritized over people’s well-being.

If you are considering this product, understand this clearly:
If it works for you, great.
If it makes your condition worse, you are on your own.

I would strongly caution anyone with acne-prone or sensitive skin—and anyone expecting ethical customer care—to think twice before purchasing.

What a great service, ordering this overhead led was very easy and delivery very quick! Highly delighted with this product - am using it regularly and can see a difference after a few weeks - especially my scalp - really pleased I purchased this !

Easy purchase, easy delivery, easy to use. My daughter got it for the blue light for her acne. It has only been a few weeks and you can already see a big difference in her skin. Wish I would have ordered sooner.

I was very skeptical when it came to choosing a LED face mask, especially with all the tutorials for different masks with everyone saying about the same. A lot of them used very young people that of course have young skin I decided on the Magellin as it was the first mask I had ever heard of a few years back. I’ve had my mask for a little over a week and have been using it faithfully and I must say I am so glad that I chose this mask. I am 52 almost 53 in Mar 2026. I can already see a difference in my skin and the way it glows my 22-year-old daughter told me that my skin looks so good for my age. I even had a lady at a store that I frequent asked me what moisturizer I use. I told her I did not have any on and that I bought the Magellan face mask and also the décolletage mask! She said she’s been thinking about getting one and now she’s gonna order the Magellin ! My next purchase will be the LED Matt for all of our body health! Thank you so much for this product. I received and was enjoying (for about 4 days) my GrowLux cap until my puppy nipped and broke the wiring to the controller section. I contacted customer service thru email and within an hour they had replied to me.
A new controller was ordered & is currently enroute to me.
I can’t wait to be able to sit & relax with my GrowLux cap once again!

I loved the packaging and overall look of the product. I do wish there were better instructions and usage details.

Customer service response time was quick. However my machine is making a funny squealing sound and they said they would not replace it because it is find. It is very annoying for my clients on certain colours, almost to the point of not being able to use. Very disappointed in this outcome.

The site was informative and easy to use. The costs were better than expected and shipping was fast. Appreciate the fact I had to sign for package.

I purchased the Magellan red light and laser mask and chest plate. I have really enjoyed it and it was a plus getting it with FSA. It came fast and thinking about what I’m going to get next. I have been using for almost a week and it really is nice and warm when you’re done. After the second session, I could tell my skin was more even toned and glowy. Recommend this purchase!

Prior to purchasing the product I contacted megelin customer service because I had some technical questions about the product which they were able to help with. Once ordered it was shipped promptly and came as described. The unit is easy to use and seems to be working as advertised. I had shoulder surgery so I’m using it for pain management and hoping to speed up the healing process.

Our daughter wanted this LED mask and we happily got it for her . She is very happy ..

Order a product, they sent me half of the order.
Questioned why and I was told I would have to make an additional payment to receive the rest of the original order!!

Chinese rip off company, buyer beware!

Editing in to say beware if you order this freestanding u shaped device. The one line of NIR is all you get according to customer service. If you don’t care about the NIR it functions for the other lights but one line is not enough to do what NIR should do as it won’t target the entire area you want to expose. Original post: The light therapy device I purchased is supposed to have NIR. But only one single line of LEDs works which means it doesn’t give broad coverage. Since you can’t see the lights it’s impossible to place them where you want them. You can only see them with a smart phone selfie camera. I took a video to show them. First they told me the lights are not visible and to rest assured they were working. So I showed them the video. Then they tell me not all the leds are Near Infared but are scattered. I pointed out they are in just one row and the device is not designed to work that way. I’ve resent a video hoping it’ll get kicked up to someone allowed to authorize a replacement. I’ve had at least 3 go rounds with emails all refusing to see the issue. If I get a person who can and will help I’ll update this review. But for now I’m not a happy customer. I’ve purchase 4 items from them but I’m not sure I can recommend them because customer service is extremely difficult to get through despite supposed warranties.

I recently reached out to customer service and haven’t heard from them yet. I purchased the LED/red light mask and saw they are now offering the neck one along with the mask. I was hoping to also get that for a small price difference but still waiting on a call or email.
