Order received as advertised. Just started using product and works as described. LEarning how to use the different levels, speed, and volume but so far all is working as advertised. Easy to hang with the velcro strips as well. Feels sturdy so hopefully the punch pads and casing hold up for a long time.

Great product, and I actually see results! I am 63 and have always had decent skin - aging pretty well BUT I wanted to try redlight therapy and bought a Swirise panel machine through the Megelin company. I have had a few people ask me what i've been using as my skin DOES look more even and polished - i love this unit and if it goes kapooey somewhere down the road, I will be buying another one

the leggings state one size fits all maybe if you are a size 5 to 7

I ordered a red light therapy machine, and the package was clearly opened than retaped. My free mask were missing from my package, The device had a blemish on the side of it. I reached out to Megelin, they gave a discount for the issue and re ordered the mask and had them shipped to me. The first order didn't go through, probable because of the holidays. I reached back out to them and they re ordered the mask for the second time and I received them rather quickly. I think this is excellent customer service. Thank you!

The mask is great! I love the different light colors and the neck attachment is great! It’s a little hard to see out of the eyes.

Ordered Megelin LED Light Therapy Machine. The adapter cord is missing, therefore, it is useless. Contacted Megelin support. They asked for pictures, order ID #, etc. All information was provided to them. Now I'm being sent to george@megelin. Haven't heard back.
Just send me a cord!

So far I’m pleased with the mask. Only been using few days. I did have concerns after ordering & thought about canceling. Customer service was great.

I purchased the Megelin boxing machine for myself. The purchasing process was super easy. They had several great promos around the holidays. The advertising was top notch. The product came within a good time frame. The bluetooth was easy to connect. The cons were that the buttons on the machine. They are hard to press and don't consistently work correctly with the images they are supposed to be. It's almost as if they are the same button or too close together. The box literally had no instructions in it either. I have been winging it. I really enjoy it but having directions would definitely help me understand a few things better.

I bought the boxe machine to my family this Christmas, I clicked on the Instagram add; when I bought it, the video and photos was the upgraded version of the game. BUT, the one that arrived was the regular version off it.

Why the video is the upgraded version, but it came the simpler one???? I didn’t know that was 2 different ones, and I really wanted the one that it lights up on the direction that supposed to be punched. I didn’t care if it was more expensive, I wanted the one I was seeing on the video and advertised pictures.

So disappointed that arrived the simpler version of it.

I had a malfunction with my product and customer service immediately took care of it by sending out a replacement right away!
