Mammy knows!

Happy with my cherry cake
The cherry cake was lovely with plenty of cherries and although the delivery was slightly delayed, arriving on Saturday lunchtime instead of Friday, I wasn’t charged any extra for weekend delivery and it arrived well packaged in good condition and was thoroughly enjoyed.

Hi Caterina, I'm sorry the courier failed to get your parcel to you on the date requested. As discussed on the phone it left us in plenty of time and for some reason was held up at the hub. Our website states clearly that we send everything on a best endeavour basis as we are somewhat at the mercy of couriers and we always suggest taking delivery 2 days before a special event. I refunded your cake fully and you should have had delivery of your delayed cake within the following 24hours. If you didn't please advise so I can return to the courier and see if there was a reason for not delivering your cake even though it was delayed. kind wishes, Jessica

Excellent customer service - I spoke to a very helpful member of the team out of hours and received an email to another query over the weekend.
The delivery arrived on my chosen date and the cakes are the best I have tried ordering online. I will be using this family business again who are definitely the “bakers of happiness”

Attractive reusable tin, arrived securely packaged. The mini selection of cakes was a good way to try the various flavours without ruining your bank balance or waistline. The chocolate, ginger and fruit cakes were especially good.

Limited Edition Coffee & Walnut Cake
I ordered the Limited Edition, extremely pricey, Coffee & Walnut Cake. The presentation was great, but sadly the cake was very dry and we ended up throwing it out.
I also ordered the Cake Tins & the 'Buy 1 get 1 free' 4" mini Christmas cake...all excellent.
