I had a checkup appointment, and they took me as soon as I arrived (10 min early). Talked me through the procedure and made me feel at ease. Extremely polite and friendly.

I love this brand. Interesting jewelry that is good quality and timeless. I’ve been wearing the 4 stacking rings I purchased in the Williamsburg store everyday for months now. They look so contemporary and are super cute and comfortable. Customer service was excellent in store.

Richard at Ossington location was amazing. So caring, and his attention to detail was above average. My only feedback is that Mejuri discontinues items way too frequently. It's disappointing to have bought an item less than a year ago, only to find out that it's no longer available. Grateful that Richard was able to offer an alternative and issue me a gift certificate for my remaining balance.

Well, I bought an expensive chain necklace from you that arrived damaged. When I out a claim in, it was denied. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from you again and will tell all of my friends not to order from you. Awful costumer experience. You've lost a long time customer with a lot of sway amongst big spenders.

I received two items from Mejuri as Christmas gifts and both have had major quality issues. The ring dented and discolored after only a few months of light wear so I can no longer use it. Recently one of my earrings broke when the post simply fell off. I submitted a warranty claim but they denied it claiming the break was caused by accidental pressure or force. This is incredibly frustrating because no force was applied and the post just detached. It is disappointing that jewelry at this price point is less durable than basic pieces I have owned for years and the brand refuses to stand behind their products.

UPDATE 11 May 2026 Mejuri responded to my review asking me to reach out but it was a total waste of time. Despite following up as requested they continue to blame me for the damage and insist a snapped earring post is my breaking it. It is clear they have no intention of honoring their warranty or taking responsibility for poor quality. Avoid this brand if you expect your jewelry to last or want actual customer support.

The quality for their Gold Vermeil products is horrible. The earring I got for my girl is tarnished after a month. It was properly cleaned and maintained but still tarnished anyway

Consistent quality, fun designs and solid customer service. All of that and I always shop Canadian!

Excellent products, craftsmanship is spot on.
The diamond initial charm is fantastic. The chain is really nice too, however, when the chain arrived it was quite tangled. It was on a little square thing, but at the back it was knotted. I managed to get it untangled after a while and it was fine. It was frustrating.

Beautiful collection, great service and fine quality is always found at Mejuri. I will always browse the site if I feel like I need to add a hip or classic new item of jewelry in my collection.

I love Mejuri jewelry. It’s unique and stylish. I like the way the company displays their products in the store. They also have a good website that is easy to navigate. Staff have always been friendly and helpful when I have visited the store.
I did find it a little difficult to go back and look at my full answer on the survey on my iPhone.

The ordering process was easy, and delivery was super fast with excellent communication along the way. The hardest thing is choosing what to order. Quality of the product is fantastic.
