2 fashion lining printed Kimono…

I order 2 fashion lining printed Kimono back in February 2024, here it's now June 2024. I have tried over and over and over to contact them, they never responded back. My friend that works at the USPS said, this tracking is a scam. Going to my bank to dispute my $92.27!! People shop somewhere else, Trust Me 😠 😡 😤!!

Bad experience all around.

Finally received the two of the items out of five ordered. Although they roughly resemble the items I ordered, they clearly are not of the quality pictured. Definitely false advertising. In addition they wanted me to purchase other items instead of those that were no longer available. I requested a refund but was told their accounts were frozen and they could not refund me. After several scathing emails to them they finally refunded the payment I had made for the additional products. I would recommend not purchasing from them. Bad quality... Bad customer service.

Looks like I’m another unhappy customer. Ordered in January, haven’t received goods, no word or update… Instagram needs to remove their ads so other people don’t get scammed!!!

What a disappointment

What a disappointment. Ordered clothes back in September. 2 months later one item came. 2 others never delivered. No email saying why. Now I’m after them to send the items. Finely get an email saying one item is out of stock. Nothing about the other item. I can pick another item, did that but not in my size, so still dealing with it after 4 months. No refund either.

Horrible scam

Horrible scam. After they charged my credit card they claimed the items I ordered were out of stock. They insisted I substitute. I asked for a refund and they told me they're accounts were frozen. One lie after another. Definitely do not recommend this company. Good luck if you order from them

DON'T DO IT!!!
Terms such as "Bait and switch" and "There's a sucker born every minute" were written for companies like Mekusi ~ the definition of deceptive. The garments purchased bear zero resemblance to the website photos, aside from the fact that they are garments of some sort. Color labeled "coffee" was more like turmeric. Flowy dresses are pictured with lovely detailing and pintucking, but what arrives makes a hospital gown look more fetching and a barber's cape more stylish. Sizing has no correlation to reality. Ridiculously and intentionally complicated to return. Don't be enticed by the artful and alluring photography and staging, what actually arrives is infuriating and utterly misrepresented. Look elsewhere for authentic cotton/linen boho clothing of quality and class. Products are an insult to cotton and flax, and an assault on free and fair enterprise.

Here is an idea

Here is an idea. I took a picture from my cell phone of the clothes I like. Then go to a fabric shop and buy the material and make it yourself. The styles are simple. So the patterns should be easy to find. I sometimes buy several patterns and mix them.
Only one thing. You have to know how to sew. Make it a new venture.

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. I spent £250 and the order was over 6 weeks delayed. The "woolen" Leisure suit 100% nylon. The velvet jackets. 100% polyester. Asked for refund and got no response. Don't fall for it like I did.

I wish I had read reviews before buying

My item arrived today. What a disaster! What a waste of money! The so-called coat is literally an overall. The material is cheap and unattractive and very badly made. The button does not go through the button hole. I shall use it as an overall, which is all it is fit for.

Never buy from this company.

If you wish to please your customers, I suggest you use better quality material and more skilled designers and machinists.

Mekusi delivers goods of sad low quality and is not truthful in its communication

The company is not truthful in its communication.
The Terms&Conditions on their website state that you can cancel your order as long it has not been sent out. You will pay 15% of your order to cancel.
When I canceled my order, the company did everything about it to NOT let me cancel my order. First the emails replied that I could get an offer, when I refused and repeated to cancel the order, the communication turned and turned with non-answers until, after FOUR WEEKS of back and forth email-conversation, the answer was "unfortunately you can not cancel your order, since your order has been partially shipped 'already'"
The goods you receive are of sad low quality.
Because your order is not shipped in its total, and you have only little time to return the order, you have to pay shipping costs several times. And the shipping is to China. Not cheap.
When not send bij registered mail, they say your returned good have never arrived and you will not get your money back. Could be true, but we will never know.

Generally, the return shipping fee needs more than 100 dollars, because all returns need to be sent to China, and international logistics is expensive. And other costs incurred by the return are also borne by the buyer, so we really don't recommend you to return it.
And the refund needs to be reviewed by many departments of the company and the bank, which takes a long time. We will start the refund process after receiving the package and checking that if it meets the refund requirements.
I applied to our manager for a 30% discount coupon, which is the biggest discount we can offer.
Could you please seriously think about it? Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.

Through no fault of own I feel like Charlie Brown, when time and again Lucy asks him to kick the football, only at the last minute to pull it away.
We have now moved into the realms of farce.
In all we are talking about a £70 item I bought for my wife for Christmas which was nothing like the (5) pictures. A robe, which was meant be lined and come to mid-calf. Arrived stuffed into a Ziploc, came to mid-THIGH and certainly was not lined.
I knew I had problems the minute I paid and the online amount changed from £ to $, and a hefty amount was added for S&H. I immediately sent an email cancelling the order. They replied that sadly the order had already passed (in 5 minutes??) from them to shipping and could not be reversed.
In hindsight you have to laugh. Taking your money they are faster than Usain Bolt, sorting out how to get it back, slower than a sloth on Valium!
I kind of know how this is going to end, but if they are going to annoy me, by golly I am going to do the same to them in spades.
But please do not end up like me. Do not use this company, Mekusi.com. In fact, any Chinese company, make very, very sure of the return policy, most do not by admission, have one, before ordering anything from a company, literally, the other side of the world.
As I said previously, there need to be some sort of control, some agency, as with other purchases, one can go to for arbitration. That if these Chinese companies wish to trade in the West they have to be made to adhere to our fair trading standards. If not, Christmas’ will be ruined, presents non-existing, and many of us both red in the face AND in our bank accounts.
BEWARE MEKUSI.CO!! NOT NICE PEOPLE!!

My order took a few days less than two months to arrive. When it arrived it was utterly dreadful quality and bore very little resemblance whatsoever to the photographs. I feel I have been made a fool of and really hope none of my friends are ever duped and seduced by the photos and end up wasting money. It looks form other reviews like they never refund as promised and I do not want to pay for postage -
So I guess I recycle these items and say goodbye to the money. Very depressing.

Poor quality. The item is not lined, as described. Very similar customer service experience as others. Questioning everything, requesting photos, all delaying tactics so as to not have to pay you a refund. Do not buy from this company. Trying to get my money back via PayPal
