My account was closed and my winnings are being withheld — no clear explanation

My Melbet account was closed after I had winnings and tried to withdraw my money. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 11 days, but they have not provided me with any clear explanation about why my account was closed or what will happen to my remaining balance.

I contacted their support by email several times. Instead of explaining the situation or providing a solution, they told me that if I contacted them again with another question, they would put me on a blacklist and stop responding to me.

My account has now been closed/deleted, and I still cannot withdraw my winnings.

Warning to everyone, in other platforms you can win and withdraw money but in melbet you just deposit and never get with profit. They are just scamming money from people. They are just scamming my money from last 7days.

I know about the gaming rules. Anyone can get one big win in a lot of bet but your website don't give any kind of winning.

I had an account with MelBet and had money in my balance after winning. When I tried to withdraw my funds, my account was suddenly blocked.

MelBet requested verification documents from me, and I provided EVERYTHING they asked for. Despite fully cooperating with their verification process, my account was still blocked. I can no longer access my account or withdraw my money.

MelBet told me that I had violated their rules. However, they did NOT clearly explain which specific rule I allegedly violated or provide a convincing explanation for their decision.

This is completely unacceptable.

I am requesting:
• A clear explanation of the exact rule I allegedly violated;
• Evidence supporting their decision;
• Access to my account or a proper explanation of why it cannot be restored;
• Most importantly, the return of the money remaining in my account.

I am sharing my experience so that other people can be aware of what happened to me before depositing their money with MelBet.

I deposited using Nagad Paykassma and Rocket Free on Melbet. My last deposit was 18,000 BDT via Nagad Paykassma on 23.08.2026 at 5:44 AM. I played fairly and my balance grew to 167,102 BDT.

The Issue:

Until 23.08.2026, withdrawals were working fine. Sometimes they were rejected, but on second try they were approved. After my last deposit, I am unable to withdraw.

Every time I try, I get this message:

"Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment details as those that were used to deposit funds into your account. If you use various payment methods to make deposits, the withdrawals you make should be proportionate to the amount deposited via each payment method."

What I have done so far:

· Contacted customer support 20+ times
· Emailed complaints section
· Emailed general support

Response I received:

· Support says: "Wait 3 hours / 24 hours"
· No one has said my withdrawal is permanently blocked
· No one has asked for any documents yet
· Complaints section has not replied yet

Melbet has restored my withdrawal option. I am now trying to withdraw my 167,102 BDT. They approved my withdrawal request.

I deposited using Nagad Paykassma and Rocket Free. I played fairly and my balance grew to 167,102 BDT. I received 75,000 BDT in small withdrawals.
But when my balance reached 140,000 BDT, Melbet completely stopped my withdrawal options.
I was placing bets regularly to cooperate with them. But now I have stopped completely.
Why?
· If they stop withdrawals when you win
· Then betting here means certain loss
· There is no point in playing where you cannot withdraw
My Warning:
· Do NOT deposit on Melbet
· They will let you win, then block withdrawals
· Your money will be stuck forever

First they asked for NID. I sent clear images (170 KB). They rejected and asked for 1 MB+ size. I sent 6.6 MB.
Then they asked for deposit transaction history. I sent screenshots from Nagad showing the transaction to their agent account.
Let's see what happen. It’s a very bad tactics from them for a customer.

Update:(01.09.2026):
Melbet has replied on Trustpilot and email informed me that I need to complete additional verification to unlock my withdrawal permission.
They have requested a photo where:
· My face is clearly visible
· My NID card is in my hand
· My Melbet profile is open on the device screen
· All in the same frame.
I fully understand this is part of their verification process. However, this photo is quite difficult to capture clearly with a regular phone camera because the NID has small text and the screen also needs to be visible at the same time.
I will send the photo by Friday or Saturday when my husband returns home with his better quality mobile phone which has better camera. I want to make sure the image is clear and meets their requirements. I will keep update after sending feedback here as well.

Every time I send documents, they ask something new. I have cooperated fully. Still no withdrawal.
Melbet, please verify and release my 140,000 BDT now.

I deposited over $100,000 with Melbet over two years as a loyal VIP client. Their authorized agent fraudulently stole 800 JOD from me. When I reported it immediately, Melbet presented a forged video from the agent as "evidence" against me!

The agent has since been banned for defrauding others, yet Melbet closed my case with a pathetic excuse: "You exceeded 6 months" – even though I acted on day one!

I deposited NPR 2,000 into my MelBet account. The payment was successfully completed, but the money was never credited to my MelBet balance.

I tried to submit the payment verification/query, but I received a “Payment Error”, and I was unable to properly submit my complaint.

This is a scam website. I opened an account depositing NZD40. The website said payment successful. Nothing credited to my account and apparently they have 'payment issues'.
