After my account was reviewed, Melbet decided to close it permanently.

At this point, I am no longer requesting any winnings. I am only asking for the return of my original deposited funds.

Withdrawal Fraud of 49400

Dear Support Team,
my gamin id :-902048647

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a withdrawal amount of ₹49,400 that has not been received due to issues involving Telegram agents handling deposits and withdrawals.

Initially, I was connected to a Telegram agent from Howrah with Telegram ID: (new agent)@Alfa5020 for withdrawal assistance. My old agent(anup Singh) had previously deposited ₹21,000 and later informed me that he did not have sufficient funds to complete the withdrawal process. He then connected me with another/new agent.

The new agent instructed me to deposit money multiple times to process the withdrawal. Based on his instructions and trust built during the conversation, I transferred amounts including approximately ₹3,000, ₹10,000, and ₹8,000 through UPI/deposit methods. The agent transferred some amounts into my gaming account and also processed partial withdrawals and re-deposits.

Later, the new agent shared Player ID: 1656009821 in the Telegram chat and instructed me to ask my old agent to transfer funds using that ID. I forwarded the same player ID to my old agent, and the amount was deposited accordingly.

However, after the transfer was completed, the new agent edited/changed the player ID in the chat and falsely claimed that I had provided the wrong ID and that no amount was received. After this, the new agent cleared the chat history, stopped cooperating, and eventually blocked me on Telegram.

I still have some screenshots of the earlier conversations and payment/deposit proofs taken during the withdrawal process.

At present:

* Total amount involved: ₹49,400
* New agent is unreachable and has deleted chats
* Old agent says the matter is under checking
* I no longer wish to deal through agents and request direct official support

I request you to:

1. Investigate the transactions linked to the mentioned player ID
2. Verify the deposit and withdrawal records
3. Help recover my pending funds
4. Take action against fraudulent agents involved in this matter

I am ready to provide screenshots, transaction proofs, UPI references, and any additional information required.

Local agent scammed me for NPR 45,000

Local agent scammed me for NPR 45,000 - Melbet not helping me
I requested a withdrawal of NPR 45,000 on 19 April 2026 through Melbet's local agent. The site showed "SUCCESS" but I never received the money.

After that, the local agent stopped replying and blocked me. When I contacted Melbet live chat, they refused to help and said they don't know about Askgamblers.

My Player ID is 1578412535 and Transaction ID is 4743167311. I have all screenshots and have filed a complaint with Curacao eGaming.

Melbet allows fake agents to scam players using their name. Do not trust them.

Unfair revenue share cut from 45% to 10%

I have been working with Melbet as an affiliate for a long time and have been consistently bringing real traffic.

Currently, I manage 7–8 Telegram channels without using any brand names, and the majority of my traffic comes from these non-branded sources.

However, my revenue share was suddenly reduced to 10%, based only on one small channel that had the Melbet brand name. This channel is not active anymore and does not generate any traffic.

It is unfair to ignore the traffic coming from multiple non-branded channels and focus only on one minor issue.

In my opinion, this approach shows that the company is willing to reduce partner earnings over minor reasons, which can lead to losing long-term affiliates.

I have proof of all my non-branded traffic sources and can provide links to 7–8 channels if needed.

I am still waiting for a fair resolution. At this point, I cannot recommend this affiliate program to others.

Update:

Melbet support has now officially confirmed that they will not restore my previous revenue share and will not change my manager, despite the evidence of multiple non-branded traffic sources.

I explained that the majority of my traffic comes from 8–10 non-branded Telegram channels, but the company still decided to classify all traffic as branded traffic because of one channel that previously contained the Melbet name.

I also stopped the branded promotions and removed Melbet mentions, yet the decision remained unchanged.

What disappointed me the most was not only the commission reduction from 45% to 10%, but also the lack of constructive communication and unwillingness to objectively review the situation.

I have worked with different affiliate programs for years, and this is one of the few situations where long-term partnership and non-branded traffic sources were completely ignored.

At this point, I cannot consider this approach fair toward long-term partners.

Melbet is withholding $4,220.77 of my winnings - Manual rejections for 6 days

I am a verified user (ID: 827048497). I have a balance of $4,220.77 that I won fairly. On April 23, I successfully withdrew $1,250 via ACLEDA Bank. However, for the last 6 days, every withdrawal request has been manually 'Rejected by Operator.

Noted: Initially, the disputed amount was $4,220.77. While Melbet processed $1,500 after my initial complaints, they have now completely blocked the remaining $2,720.77 for over 14 days using 'Operator Declines' to prevent me from fully withdrawing my winnings.

Even when I follow the support agent's advice to request small amounts ($100), they still reject it. They have also removed the ACLEDA withdrawal option from my account while keeping it available for deposits. This is a clear scam tactic to stop winners from cashing out. I have emailed Security and Info departments with full proof, but they are ignoring my messages. Give me my money!

UPDATE (April 29): I have received your response. I have just sent all 7 requested details, including my bank statement and screenshots of the manually rejected transactions, to your complaints department as instructed. I am waiting for an immediate resolution and the release of my $4,220.77. User ID: 827048497.

UPDATE (May 6, 2026):
I have new evidence of systemic obstruction. My $500 withdrawal was initially 'Approved' (see image_68.png) but was manually changed to 'Declined by operator' just minutes later (see image_69.png). This has been happening since April 23rd. Additionally, the Bank Transfer option is hidden from my withdrawal page while remaining active on the deposit page. I demand a final resolution.

Update May 7: Melbet's 'Complaints Team' is not helpful. They told me to retry, but my new requests at 07:04 AM and 09:29 AM were both manually rejected within minutes. They are playing a cat-and-mouse game with my $2,720.77.

UPDATE (May 8, 2026):
The deception continues. Today, Melbet Support and the Complaints Team provided contradictory excuses to stall my $2,720.77 withdrawal:
• Contradictory Lies: One department blames 'third-party technical issues,' yet my transaction logs today at 10:36 AM and 10:49 AM clearly show 'Declined by operator' within minutes. In software terms, an 'operator decline' is a manual human action, not a bank error.
• Predatory Demands: They are now trying to force me to use 'alternative methods' (like Cryptocurrency) which require me to deposit more funds and place more bets. I view this as an attempt to put my balance at further risk.
• Fake Escalation: They claimed my case was 'escalated' to the Payment Department, yet the manual rejections by their staff continue immediately after.
I have documented all these manual blocks and contradictory emails and submitted them to AskGamblers. I will not stop updating this review until I receive my funds.
