I am writing this to warn others

I am writing this to warn others. It has been one week since I deposited 100 MAD to my account (ID: 1628278643). I sent all the proof of payment, and I even received an official email from Melbet support confirming they received the money, yet they refuse to credit my account.
Every time I create a request, they reject it. I have sent multiple emails with screenshots of their own confirmation, but they are ignoring me. This is pure theft and unprofessionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with MelBet and how they treat loyal customers.

My account number is 850407237.

I have been an active user for a long time, making frequent and significant deposits. However, I later discovered that my account was set to receive cashback based on balance instead of placed bets — something that was never clearly explained to me.

Because of this, I received very few promo points despite my high level of activity and continuous deposits. When I contacted support and requested a fair review or compensation, my request was completely rejected without any flexibility or consideration.

They keep saying the system is “automated” and “final,” but this does not justify the lack of transparency or fairness. A serious platform should value loyal customers instead of hiding behind system limitations.

This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better treatment.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend MelBet.

UPDATE:

MelBet has responded asking me to contact their support via email again.

However, I have already contacted their support multiple times without any solution. Redirecting me again does not solve the issue and only delays it.

I am still waiting for a fair and transparent resolution regarding my account and cashback settings.

Imagine this.

You deposit money into your account. The funds never reach your gaming balance.

You contact support. You send countless emails. Replies are rare. When they do respond, they promise a refund. It never comes.

You post your experience on Trustpilot. They reply and ask you to email complaints @ melbet.team. You do it immediately. Still no resolution.

How would you rate this experience?

The transection was successful and money debited from my account.
But money didn't credited on my melbet wallet.
I raised a complaint.
I sent many mails.
Provided all the documents.
It's been 3 days already
Still my issue not resolved.
I don't know where the hell is my money.
Either credit it on my account or refund it to my bank.
But i feel like fraud. They scammed my 200 riyal. Maybe the agent. Or the company is theft.

Withdrawal problem – 14000 DZD not received

I had a very bad experience with Melbet.

I requested a withdrawal of 14000 DZD, but the money has not been received for more than 20 days.

They kept asking for multiple verifications. I provided everything, including a video from my BaridiMob bank app, which contains sensitive personal information.

Despite this, they continue to delay and ask for more unnecessary proofs.

This behavior looks like intentional delay to avoid paying users.

If my withdrawal is not processed immediately, I will escalate this case further and publish all evidence publicly.

I do not recommend this platform.

I am from Morocco and I want to share my experience with Melbet.

My account (ID: 1468348711) was suddenly closed after I contacted the Security Department, without any clear reason. I did NOT withdraw my funds, and there is still a remaining balance of 3997 MAD in my account, which is only my deposited money.

I provided all the requested documents, including a selfie with my ID and the security email visible, as well as my bank statement, but my account was still blocked.

After the account was closed, I lost access to my balance and was unable to withdraw it.

Banned account having money


I am Akash Deore, using MELBET since 2020 (ID: 200825587). My account was blocked on 4 September 2022.

I have always played using my own deposited money and never used any bonus. I have not violated any terms and conditions.

I referred my tenant, Mr. Ravindra Baburao Patil (ID: 227272675), and only helped him with registration and basic usage as he is not familiar with English. He used his own mobile, bank account, and played independently. We are two different individuals, though we share the same residential address.

I never used his account nor allowed him to use mine. He stopped playing in January 2022.

I have already submitted all required documents and can provide any additional proof. I kindly request you to review my case and unblock my account, as I have funds in it.

Title: Unjust Account Closure, Withheld Funds, and No Response from Support – MelBet Partners

I am submitting this complaint against MelBet Partners due to unfair account closure, blocked access to my player account, withholding of my legitimately earned affiliate funds, and lack of response from their support team.

I was promoting MelBet in good faith and in full compliance with their terms and conditions. I successfully generated legitimate affiliate earnings and transferred these profits to my player account, as allowed by the platform.

I did not withdraw the funds and left them in my player account. Shortly after, I received a message stating that my affiliate account could not be confirmed, and it was closed without any clear explanation or evidence of violation.

After this, I attempted to log in to my player account, but I was unable to access it. The system indicated that my password was incorrect. I tried multiple times to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option, but I did not receive any reset email.

Additionally, I contacted their support team via email () to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response so far.

This situation raises serious concerns:

- My earnings were generated legitimately.
- Funds were transferred but never withdrawn.
- My affiliate account was closed without justification.
- My player account access was blocked immediately after.
- Password recovery is not working.
- Support team is unresponsive.

I request the following:

- A clear and detailed explanation for the account closure.
- Immediate restoration of access to my player account.
- The ability to withdraw my funds without restrictions.

I have been unable to withdraw my money from MelBet for over 30 days, and this situation is extremely frustrating.

The only withdrawal method available to me (POS agent) has completely disappeared from my account. The agent I previously used is not responding at all, and his phone is switched off.

I contacted customer support many times, provided all requested documents and screenshots, and fully followed their instructions, including account verification and account merging. Despite this, I keep receiving the same repeated responses that the issue is “under investigation” with no real progress or solution.

At this point, I am completely unable to access my funds, which is unacceptable.

This experience has seriously affected my trust in the platform. I strongly advise others to be very careful.

I made a deposit of 500 EGP on March 12, 2026, at 5:27 AM, and the transfer went through. I contacted the all supports ( mail.phone) and sent them a screenshot of the transaction and a video from the Vodafone Cash app showing the process and the transaction ID. I also sent a screen recording of my conversation with support, where they confirmed the transfer was successful and that the issue is with the company's agent number. Despite all this, they are asking for a stamped account statement, which is impossible since it requires a prosecution warrant and a company letter. It feels like they are setting a trap so I would give up on my money .

Melbet Blocked My Account After Placing A Withdrawal (Account ID:6577382)

After placing a bet on Melbet and winning, I requested a withdrawal from my account. Usually, withdrawals from their platform hit my bank account in under 10 minutes, so when this one started taking hours, it immediately seemed strange.

It was already late, so I went to sleep. When I woke up, I saw an email from Melbet saying I needed to complete a “video verification” because my account had been flagged.
When I tried to log in to check what was going on, I was met with a message saying my account had been blocked.
Honestly, this feels very unfair. It’s like the moment someone wins and tries to withdraw their money, their account suddenly becomes an issue. Instead of processing the withdrawal, they block the account.

For context, I currently have over ₦200,000 in that Melbet account, and now it’s suspended without any clear explanation. Even if they decide to permanently close my account, the least they could do is allow me to withdraw the money that belongs to me.

Right now it just feels like my funds are being held for no good reason, and that’s not how a legitimate platform should treat its users.
To anyone thinking about joining Melbet, just be careful.

My experience so far has been really frustrating and disappointing. I honestly wish I had seen the many negative reviews before putting my money on their platform.

this issue started on March 5th, 2026. Since then, I’ve been in contact with Melbet support. They asked me to send a live photo of myself holding my valid government-issued ID for verification.

I’ve done that multiple times and sent the photos through email as requested.

Despite this, they keep replying with the same scripted response claiming that the text on the ID is not clearly visible. That doesn’t make sense because the image is perfectly clear the details on the ID can easily be seen.

At this point, it feels like they are just making excuses instead of resolving the issue. I have submitted every document they asked for, yet my account is still blocked and my funds remain inaccessible.
It’s extremely frustrating and makes the situation look very questionable.
