I am extremely disappointed with MelBet and how they treat loyal customers.
My account number is 850407237.
I have been an active user for a long time, making frequent and significant deposits. However, I later discovered that my account was set to receive cashback based on balance instead of placed bets — something that was never clearly explained to me.
Because of this, I received very few promo points despite my high level of activity and continuous deposits. When I contacted support and requested a fair review or compensation, my request was completely rejected without any flexibility or consideration.
They keep saying the system is “automated” and “final,” but this does not justify the lack of transparency or fairness. A serious platform should value loyal customers instead of hiding behind system limitations.
This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better treatment.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend MelBet.
UPDATE:
MelBet has responded asking me to contact their support via email again.
However, I have already contacted their support multiple times without any solution. Redirecting me again does not solve the issue and only delays it.

I raised a complaint.
I sent many mails.

I had a very bad experience with Melbet.
I requested a withdrawal of 14000 DZD, but the money has not been received for more than 20 days.
They kept asking for multiple verifications. I provided everything, including a video from my BaridiMob bank app, which contains sensitive personal information.
Despite this, they continue to delay and ask for more unnecessary proofs.
This behavior looks like intentional delay to avoid paying users.
If my withdrawal is not processed immediately, I will escalate this case further and publish all evidence publicly.

I am from Morocco and I want to share my experience with Melbet.
My account (ID: 1468348711) was suddenly closed after I contacted the Security Department, without any clear reason. I did NOT withdraw my funds, and there is still a remaining balance of 3997 MAD in my account, which is only my deposited money.
I provided all the requested documents, including a selfie with my ID and the security email visible, as well as my bank statement, but my account was still blocked.
After the account was closed, I lost access to my balance and was unable to withdraw it.

I have always played using my own deposited money and never used any bonus. I have not violated any terms and conditions.
I referred my tenant, Mr. Ravindra Baburao Patil (ID: 227272675), and only helped him with registration and basic usage as he is not familiar with English. He used his own mobile, bank account, and played independently. We are two different individuals, though we share the same residential address.

The only withdrawal method available to me (POS agent) has completely disappeared from my account. The agent I previously used is not responding at all, and his phone is switched off.

Even though agent Qasim admitted there was a technical error (Inquiry #14205112), the support team is now stalling and providing false information, claiming my email is not linked to my account—which is a complete lie as my account is fully verified.

I made a deposit of 500 EGP on March 12, 2026, at 5:27 AM, and the transfer went through. I contacted the all supports ( mail.phone) and sent them a screenshot of the transaction and a video from the Vodafone Cash app showing the process and the transaction ID. I also sent a screen recording of my conversation with support, where they confirmed the transfer was successful and that the issue is with the company's agent number. Despite all this, they are asking for a stamped account statement, which is impossible since it requires a prosecution warrant and a company letter. It feels like they are setting a trap so I would give up on my money .

this issue started on March 5th, 2026. Since then, I’ve been in contact with Melbet support. They asked me to send a live photo of myself holding my valid government-issued ID for verification.
I’ve done that multiple times and sent the photos through email as requested.
Despite this, they keep replying with the same scripted response claiming that the text on the ID is not clearly visible. That doesn’t make sense because the image is perfectly clear the details on the ID can easily be seen.
At this point, it feels like they are just making excuses instead of resolving the issue. I have submitted every document they asked for, yet my account is still blocked and my funds remain inaccessible.
It’s extremely frustrating and makes the situation look very questionable.
