Great experience first time buying from them great price fast shipping no problems. The tires were exactly as described met all my expectations.

Their customer service is very good. They never gave a hard time and gave out special rewards for purchases. Also they made sure the package was sent by replying to your personal emails.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw the website because their product portfolio is so varied it literally looked like a scammer's site so I started communicating with them to follow-up on my order after I had not received any communication in 2 days. Not only did they acknowledge my email but sent me a tracking number via Fedex instead of UPS (which processes a lot of erroneous tracking numbers from scammers). The product also arrived faster than expected delivery date and it is the right product. I would highly recommend this site to anyone with a tool purchase due to accurate product description, quick delivery and excellent customer communication.

I ordered 4 tires. Price was not real better than well know national Tires website stores but the advantages that there was no tax applicables since shipped from CA to FL, so it was representing a small saving anyway.
Few days after my purchase I contacted them to get an estimate of shipping since there was no communication from them. They answered to wait few days but finally received an email after a week to tell me that my order is canceled without any explanation. They don't have any phone number and any real customer service. Their postal address pointed to an address where this company doesn't even exist. Really think this webstore is not legit and purely a scam as per many others customers experiences. Be away from this scam and check carefully when you buy from a new webstore that you don't know . I have been tricked myself since the store was pushed in front was google search ! Finally my biggest fear is what they do with our data.

I was leery thinking that the price for some trailer tires I purchased was too good to be true. The competition was 20-25% higher in price. I did some digging and it looked like Melitawillstore.com was in fact legitimate. I ordered the tires on a Monday and two days later they were on my drive.

The store is not legit. I purchased an item and never arrived. The company emailed me blaming the courier and offering a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement and they emailed me back that the replacement was not available. It caused me a lot of pain. I googled it and apparently is not a legit store.
Check the web, you will see that this is not a legit store. I learned my lesson and NEVER buy online before asking google: is this site legit?

I ordered a product and 6 days late, I received a notification that the order was cancelled. I was not given a reason or any other communication. I'm pretty surprised that it has a good reputation after it's mysterious communication. I assume that they didn't actually have the e product in stock and waited, almost a week, to let me know.

I tried to order a vacuum. After one week got a sketchy email reply . I called my credit card company to cancel And also canceled via email.
