The store provided the product at a good price, and it was delivered on time. It's the way it should be.

This company is outstanding in my book! The item that I looked for all over the internet was almost $10 cheaper than anyone else. So when I placed my order they immediately got back to me and confirmed my order and would let me know when it ships. A day later it shipped and it came FedEx and the shipping was Free. I will do business with them again for they are a First Class Company!!

I ordered a Milwaukee drill/driver to replace a well-worn unit that I used for years as an electrician. After researching numerous stores and sources, I settled on Melitawillstore, based on the fantastic price. And as a bonus, I was more than pleased with the speed and condition of their delivery. Will definitely refer them to friends.

I ordered from them 2 days ago. The stuffs shipped very fast but under a different name. So I’m questioning whether they are using stolen credit cards to order products for their customers. It makes no sense to delivery products to your customer under a completely different name unless something shady is going on….

A total waste of time. The website advertise a very attractive price on the product you are looking to draw you to it's site. You were so excited to place an order and hoping to get your order soon only to see days go by without any order update. Contacted customer service and was told order will be ship ASAP. Then days later the order was cancelled for no reason. You know what people say if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. So don't waste your time, shop somewhere else.

I found this company online and they had a great price on the De Walt pole saw. I ordered it and was very pleased with the speed it was delivered and in excellent conduction. I am a owner to many De Walt tools, and this one is an addiction to my line.
The construction of the pole saw is as I would expect from De Walt, great, every stronger then I even expected. I am sure this saw will last many years as all my other De Walt tools.

This company took my order and left it in a processing state for over a week. Only to cancel the order with no reason given. DO NOT use this store for tires when you are looking for a replacement when your car is on a donut because they will leave you in a precarious situation.

Purchased set of 4 tires with price well below average and free shipping, since store had no physical presence in my state and I did not had to pay sales tax. My savings if compare to ordering locally were at least $200-$300.
There were no hidden fees or charges. Return and exchange policy was reasonable and fair.
Ordering via website was simple with multiple payment options, confirmation email arrived right away.
A bit of downside was delayed update on my account order page, but inquiry via contact form received immediate response with updated information.
Shipping was via FedEx and tracking numbers arrived only 3 days after order was placed. I consider this to be pretty good, since most products like tires are being ordered and delivered from manufacturer or wholesaler, delays are common. This was not the case at all.
Will be checking this on-line store first for something they carry in my future purchases
