My Children have been attending tutoring with Mrs Mellor for over 12 months now and their confidence has soared. They have so much respect and love for Mrs Mellor and she challenges them helping them to be their best academically and socially with their other friends at Mellors Mindcraft.

My daughter was disengaged with her maths she lacked understanding, & confidence . Rachel’s fun & great teaching methods, allowed my daughter to engage in the subject, gain confidence and this has all been reflective in her school results.

Can’t recommend Rachel enough, lovely personality with exactly the right knowledge for what’s best for your child 😊

Where to start... Rachel is amazing! The support she offers the children is second to none, she's extremely approachable and has a way with the children that makes them want to keep coming back. The confidence in Thea since starting with Mellors Mind Craft is fantastic. Rachel will make sure as a parent I understand my child's progress and focuses should i want to support at home. Thankyou for always being Thea's biggest cheerleader.

I contacted Mellor Mindcraft when my son started secondary school. It was during covid and he was struggling with the transition from primary to secondary school.
The change in him since receiving extra tuition as been amazing. His confidence has grown so much. I can't thank Rachel enough for everything she has done for my son. I would highly recommend her classes.

Rachel is a fantastic teacher! We started with Rachel during lockdown and decided to stay once school was re open as normal as my son came on so much with his Maths and English. My son was a bit nervous to start with but he soon settled in as Rachel is so lovely and welcoming :) We are contacted regularly and kept up to date with his learning. My son and daughter initially began being tutored by Mellor’s Mind Craft during the first lock down when I was thrown into panic with home schooling and a deep fear of my children falling behind. I need not have worried! Rachel, immediately set up zoom lessons to ensure that the children she tutored wouldn’t miss learning time! (And thankfully for me she was happy to accept new children!) She was (and is) absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t have gotten through that period without her! She has an effortless way with children that hooks them into their learning, making each lesson so much fun that the children do not realise they are working! She has incredible teaching knowledge and puts that into well planned and prepared lessons. Her teaching is simply outstanding. She not only stopped my children from falling behind, but also boosted my daughter’s confidence and enhanced both my son and daughter’s levels in the classroom. I could not recommend Rachel highly enough.

Rachel has been a fantastic support to both me and Caleb. After two years of missed school time it became obvious that Caleb needed some extra lessons to help with his SATs.
Rachel offered us both reassurance and Caleb felt comfortable straight away. His confidence has improved and for the first time ever he actually likes going to his extra lessons.

We went to Rachel to help our little boy catch up with his schooling after he missed 6 months due to illness.

He went a total of 18 months and it helped massively, he not only caught up but he actually started to over achieve.

Fast forward 12 months and he is super confident at school and still performs at a high level.

Without Rachel’s help I don’t think he would have been able to catch up and he would have struggled at school due to always being behind, and I have no doubt it would have effected his confidence.

He alway’s enjoyed going and Rachel is wonderful with the kids. If your child needs a little extra help, or you are desperate like we were, go for as you won’t regret it :)

Our son has been seeing Rachel since the first lockdown. She has been absolutely amazing, we’ve seen a massive improvement in his confidence and ability and he loves going to the sessions.

The zoom sessions are really fun and recommend listening in!

She regularly goes above and beyond and you can tell she’s passionate about doing the best for the kids. She’s been really supportive during some difficult times and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Rachel brought my daughter on 3 year groups in the space of 18 months. She is very patient and understanding and gets on the child’s level making learning fun which helps build a good connection with your child. Rachel helped my daughter open up which helped build her confidence. Excellent tutor would definitely recommend.

Rachel is an amazing tutor. Both of my girls absolutely love going to their sessions. They have improved so much that they are now at or exceeding expectations according to their school. Would absolutely recommend Mellor’s Mind Craft to anyone looking for a tutor.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Rachel, she is very accommodating, kind, thoughtful & down to earth in addition to being highly professional & passionate about doing the best for the children. We have received reports, parents meetings and tips to support our child further at home, all of which is really appreciated & adds another level to the service Rachel provides.
