Mellow is great switched from Rocketnode at first and it’s been amazing, just moved over to snailycad as well and Ethan has been great help just an amazing staff team.

Ethan is a very professional and easy to work with individual. His services are always top tier and I am happy to have him as my website host. He also very quick to solve issues that arise. The services themselves are also phenomenal and I love my website!

Shady stuff happening over there at mellow, my card was randomly charged for 2 products I didn’t request, they won’t remove my card from my account and they won’t let me cancel my service I purchased. I wouldn’t suggest using them.

Their website is clean and sophisticated and allows for a plethora of services, knowledge base, allows you to open a ticket directly with them for assistance on their services. Ethan and Ryan are top tier providers, and you are missing out on your server if you fail to utilize them

Ethan has been most helpful and patient with me. He is super friendly and seems to really care about making sure his customers are getting what they are asking for. I have purchased the SnailyCad service for my FiveM server and he has made the process of getting it set up very easy and painless, even after having to reset the server because i forgot my password. If his other services have this much care and attention put into them, he has gained a live long customer and i would be happy to recommend him to anyone that could use his service.

I have been host with these folks for almost a year now. In that time I have started many different types of servers with them and I always like to deal with these guys. Whenever I have an issue with something they have a team member to help usually within the hour (during normal hours). Compared to other host my favorite thing is Customer Service, rather than submitting a ticket and getting a text response that doesn't really help, the team is willing to get in a call to assist and walk you through and troubleshoot problems. I have mainly been helped by Ethan the owner who is extremely patient with me and I'm sure he could teach a baboon to start a server. All around great people and at a decent price.

I recommend their services to any gaming community with many needs. They took care of my community and were very professional about it. They offered us a custom plan fitted to what we need, and the support is amazing. I can call them up any time and get support within minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Mellow services is the best!! I host my Beamng server here and it runs so smoothly, When I use other providers it runs so slow and horribly. When I was showed mellow services I thought it would be like all of the other people who host servers. But no the staff here are lovely and are willing to help.

The person who owes Mellow Services is very nice, never had a problem with him in getting my product working and etc. Mellow is definitely a better option then using Zap Hosting if you want a FiveM server as that is what I use there services for!!
