Frustrated

I placed my first order in February and got my order in a timely manner. I really love the cooling comforter so I decided to order them for my family. 5 weeks later I still have not received my orders. I have been told 7-10 days for weeks now. I used a different email a few days ago to ask if the comforters were in stock and was told all colors and sizes were in stock now and if ordered they ship right away!! I was excited thinking now my orders would finally ship!! No, they have not. So this company is lying or shipping new orders first. Either way-not good. This has been extremely frustrating and they have had hundreds of dollars of mine for way over a month. It’s a shame, I really do love the one comforter I did get.

I love my pillow and pillowcase

I love my pillow and pillowcase. Supports my neck beautifully and I wake up with no neck problems. Pillowcase is cooling and so soft. Customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this company.

Scammers

I have sent 3 emails and left a message and no-one is returning my call/emails. I am trying to get a refund from them. The whole experience has been quite distressing with their false claims. Do not buy from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

First I ordered pink

First I ordered pink. Waited 3 weeks to be told there was no updates and to switch to white for immediate delivery. Switched to white and waited an additional week. Owned for 12 days, have not washed yet and all of the treading is starting to “pull” or unravel. Absolutely insane for has high of a priced product this is.

Shipping was very misleading - Smells horrible

Shipping was very misleading and it has a horrible chemical smell. They send email after email placating you until it actually ships which can take weeks. Then they send you tracking info, when it hasn't actually shipped, and then one day it just shows up because the tracking lags. Contacting them just gets you canned answers.

It finally got here and was stuffed into a zipped up bag that was nearly impossible to remove the pillow from. I have arthritis in my hands and I had to have someone else come over and get the pillow out. We ripped the handle right off in the process.

Plus it has a horrible chemical smell; who knows what it is offgassing into your face. When I emailed them, they told me is was left over from the manufacturing process but dissapates quickly. Days later, it is no better and is terrible.

And they will let you return it even though the product is essentially defective, but you still have to ship it yourself and pay a restocking fee.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Terrible customer service and smells like chemicals.

It took a long time to get them

It took a long time to get them, but with Mellow’s support team, I received them and I love them. My neck is feeling so much better now. Next I want to try the comforter. And maybe those slippers.

Order the pillow and cancelled in a timely matter. I was provided in writing by their “customer service” that the order was cancelled and I would receive a full refund within 10 days. They sent the pillow anyways and will NOT give me a full refund!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMAPNY!

I contacted them at least 2 times…

I contacted them at least 2 times before I heard from them. Finally they answered me saying my 30 days were up!! Ahhh.. is that the way you play.
They are not a nice company to deal with and don't stand by their word. Plus besides the pillow is nothing special. I woke up with a stiff neck and it was like laying flat on the bed.
I wouldn't recommend that at all

Mellow products are amazing quality

Mellow products are amazing quality. I was very happy with the cloud pillow then I got the cooling blanket and was impressed but when I got the marshmallow comforter I was blown away. Every time I walk in my room I look at my bed and smile. Customer service experience is fantastic anytime I had a question. They were very responsive prompt and incredibly professional. Customer service made me feel appreciated as a customer. I’m one happy customer!

They are selling products they don’t have in stock

They are selling products without having them in stock instead of updating their inventory properly. They are deceiving customers letting them place orders on items not in stock with the expectation that they are available in a timely manner. Multiple weeks now without my comforter or pillows.

False Turnaround Times!

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Mellow Products. They advertise a turnaround time of 7–14 days, but that has not been accurate at all in my experience.

My first order took almost two months to arrive, which was already frustrating given the expectations they set. I decided to give them another chance, but now I’m dealing with the same issue again—my most recent order was placed over three weeks ago and still hasn’t even shipped.

If delays happen, that’s one thing—but being consistently misleading about processing times is a major issue. Customers rely on those estimates when placing orders, and it feels like they’re simply not being honored.

Until they can provide realistic timelines and better communication, I would be cautious about ordering.

This comforter is awesome!

This comforter is so soft, fluffy and cool. I love crawling into bed and pulling it up to my chin, but beware, it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning lol 😂. My pets LOVE it too. They look like they’re sleeping on a fluffy cloud.
Their customer service is excellent as well!

The only reason its not a 1 star is…

The only reason its not a 1 star is because it is comfortable and my wife loves it. My compliments come from long delivery times and the quality of the material. It took over 2 weeks for me to get an update on my order and almost 3 weeks before it shipped. I have had the blanket less than a month and it is getting small holes all over the blanket. There is no eating or drinking on it. It has not been in any washing machine or dryer. There is no pets. So where these holes are coming from are an absolute mind bender.

Smelly, horrible customer service

I ordered 3 pillows and the case covers that come with them. And the first one that I open smelled horribly bad so I didn't even bother opening the other ones. Trying to let it air out then having to wash it and so on and so forth it was still a disgusting smell no matter what I did. So I reached out to mellow for return refund and unfortunately over a month and a half later after the charge back has been reversed and everything they still are refusing to give me a refund stating that they have not received my return when I have an email states that it was returned on 3/22 and that they have it. This is now 4/13, 3 weeks after that email/charge back from bank canceled. Don't order. They smell disgusting and can't even use it and the return process is a load of joke.

The two to three nights I did use it to sleep I slept pretty well except waking up with that disgusting scent!

I’m anticipated receiving this…

I anticipated receiving this comforter due to all the reviews that I read and the positive ratings and it did not disappoint. It is the most luxurious comfortable comforter I’ve had in my entire life, and I would highly recommend anybody looking to upgrade to go with Mellow. you will feel like you are sleeping on a puffy cloud.

Order a comforter from here and waited…

Order a comforter from here and waited for 2 weeks and it never showed. I contacted customer service to have it canceled and they said it was process and preparing to ship so it couldn’t be cancelled but I can pay a 15.00 charge to have it returned. I told them I was not paying 15.00 and the agent said they understood and was able to go ahead and get that canceled. That agent was a liar as it was not canceled but fixing to be shipped this week. I am going to refuse the delivery and hopefully I’ll get all of my money back. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Worst experience with a company ever

Ordered my pillows and it was almost a month before they got here. Contacted customer service to see what was going on and to explain the inconvenience. They basically said i will get when I get them and sorry. Then they tried to sell me more product. By this time I was furious, finally got my pillows delivered and they delivered them to a random building on the sidewalk. I had to go out and look for them. Finally tried the pillows and this had to be the worst $130 I have ever spent.
